    Marketing Manager (FinTech/Cryptocurrency)

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar
    • 5+ years of experience as a marketing manager
    • Experience ideally within FinTech, Crypto, start-up environment
    • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
    • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking

    Responsibilities

    • Execute marketing plans, campaigns and strategies in line with the agreed budget
    • Developing and implementing short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to create and increase brand awareness
    • Determining the feasibility and profitability of a new market or existing campaigns
    • Fostering and executing marketing and advertising campaigns
    • Managing on-going marketing and advertising campaigns and plans, while ensuring that every initiative is aimed at increasing brand awareness
    • Implement online marketing strategies
    • Giving ideas, recommendations, and plans to contribute to the optimisation of marketing strategies
    • Developing and executing the content marketing strategy for the business
    • Supporting the new business team in the identification and generation of leads
    • Assisting the team in the target delimitation for products, brands, or services
    • Keeping up to date with industry activities and trends
    • Researching, analysing and summarising market trends
    • Studying competitors’ market behaviour and strategies
    • Overseeing marketing material
    • Building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

    Requirements

    • 4+ yrs experience in Marketing, Operations, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, ideally in B2C and B2B / two-sided marketplace context
    • Analytically minded - uses data to make decisions; experience with SQL
    • Experience automating successful marketing strategies through technology and general fluency in marketing tech stacks & common vendors: Iterable, Salesforce, Contentful, Workfront
    • Experience managing distributed teams; excel at cross-functional collaboration
    • Project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
    • Ability to communicate business problems in simple and data backed narrative format
    • Open to new ideas and the value that others bring
    • Demonstrates ownership, resourcefulness, flexibility, willingness, and patience necessary to lead and adapt within a hyper growth company and industry

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Director, Marketing Operations to design and implement a marketing measurement framework, to proactively identify trends and root causes for performance
    • Help engineers, implement, document and streamline Marketing processes including annual planning, quarterly business reviews, budget tracking and reporting
    • Make suggestions, research and onboard MarTech tooling, in support of the core Marketing team
    • Suggest strategies for untapped areas of marketing investment, to help design and lead the continual evolution and scaling of our marketing org and strategy
