    Recruitment Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Prepare job descriptions for new roles and ensure that job descriptions for existing roles are reviewed and updated by Line Managers to reflect any changes in the job requirements
    • Utilize strategic recruitment methods, including job boards, networking platforms, and recruitment agencies to identify and attract top talent
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
    • Source for the best recruitment agencies in new and existing countries
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
    • Prepare interview questions beforehand in liaison with Line Managers
    • Prepare and administer pre-employment assessments and tests as needed
    • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Talent (HR) Manager and Hiring Managers
    • Provide guidance and training to interviewers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback
    • Seek approval for offers as per the recruitment policy
    • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts promptly
    •  Work closely with the Talent (HR) Officer and Line Managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
    • Provide input into the development and implementation of onboarding plans and onboarding material to accelerate the integration of new employees into the organization
    • Maintain interview assessment forms and all other documents that are relevant to the recruitment process accurately, ensuring high levels of confidentiality and the required accessibility
    • Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, quality of hires, and source effectiveness
    • Support the Talent (HR) Manager in HR projects, reports, and activities as required

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • IHRM membership is required
    • 5 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition Management
    • Proven recruitment experience in the telecommunication industry

    E-commerce Coordinator

    MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B and B2C e-commerce companies.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with e-commerce partners to drive sales and revenue.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Manage seller centers where required.
    • Analysis and negotiation of contracts for new customers.

    Product Listings and Content Management:

    • Work closely with e-commerce partners to create and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Optimize product listings for search engines and improve product descriptions.
    • Manage product images, videos, and other multimedia content.

    Order Processing and Fulfillment:

    • Collaborate with e-commerce partners to process online orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Coordinate with the team to ensure on-time shipment of products.
    • Address and resolve order-related issues or inquiries from customers.

    Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and managing customer feedback for e-commerce partners.
    • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.

    Sales Support:

    • Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales metrics and performance for e- commerce partners.
    • Implement sales promotions, discounts, and other marketing strategies in collaboration with e-commerce partners.
    • Assist e-commerce partners with product selection and purchasing decisions.
    • Create and align marketing calendars with customers
    • Monitoring and implementing JBP terms and targets
    • Visit customers and attend events as required
    • Following up and ensuring that customer payments are on time

    Market Research:

    • Stay up to date with e-commerce industry trends, competitors, and market
    • Identify opportunities for product expansion and improvements to enhance the online shopping experience.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Generate reports on e-commerce sales and performance for e-commerce
    • Maintain records and documentation related to product listings, orders, and customer communications with e-commerce

    Stock Management:

    • Managing stock levels internally as well as externally
    • Reconciling stocks regularly on-site and offsite

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, sales, or
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving
    • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and sales
    • Ability to create and manage strong relationships with customers
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

    Training & Development Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Training Program Design, Development & Evaluation
      Organize and deliver approved training sessions to employees, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences
    • Maintain the organization's internal training program and develop/update training content as needed
    • Attend PDP presentations and ensure the quality of validation across the different levels
    • Work with employees to create individual development plans (IDPs) and career development paths
    •  Ensure employees receive the necessary compliance and regulatory training
    • Keep abreast of industry and legal requirements to update training materials as needed
    •  Maintain accurate training records and documentation for all employees
    • Prepare reports on training activities and results on a weekly or monthly basis as required
    • Provide input for training budgets promptly
    • Ensure cost-effective training solutions
    •  Collaborate with department heads and management to align training programs with organizational goals and priorities
    • Manage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and institutions as needed
    • Continuously strive to develop your own understanding of the Training & Development role, in order to develop your skills and know-how and perform any other duties assigned by your Line Manager

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
    • IHRM membership is a must
    • 4+ years of experience in training and development as well as performance management
    • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies
    • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
    • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and software
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing training needs and emerging trends in employee development
