    Role Purpose

    To provide Professional Investment Advisory services to our clients within the retail segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, retaining, and growing a client base by implementing financial planning solutions in line with the client’s needs. The role holder will be required to be up to date with macro-economic trends, market developments as well as monitoring corporate actions of listed companies.

    Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Meeting clients to understand their financial objectives by selling & cross selling of all JAML Investment products and services.
    • Managing, maintaining and building new and existing client relationships.
    • Preparing and presenting proposals to existing and potential clients
    • Provide direct sales support (quality lead generation and effective follow-up) to generate and convert quality leads into sales.
    • Participate in specific product campaigns by ensuring that the products are explained to customers.

    • Assists clients grow their investment portfolios by giving them the right advice on where to invest the money for maximum returns while reducing risk.

    Compliance Intern

    Role Purpose

    The role holder will assist the Regulatory affairs manager to ensure full compliance of the Life Business, assist in ensuring that the company is compliant with internal Jubilee Insurance policies, all external regulations, acts and laws applicable in the insurance and financial services industry. The role holder will also assist in overseeing and implementing the company’s compliance framework, thus mitigating compliance risks, and upholding the highest ethical standards withing the organization.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Assist in ensuring that applicable regulation is adhered to by the business and support functions through day-to-day monitoring and regular review to ensure compliance to existing legislation, regulations and internal policies and controls.
    • Assist in ensuring that compliance risks are identified, assessed, controlled and enforced.
    • Assist in identifying suspicious transactions and reporting of these transactions to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer without tipping off.
    • Assist in reviewing company processes/operational manuals and systems to ensure that they are regularly updated to meet the set regulations, policies and all other requirements such as mandates, escalations, controls etc.
    • Assist in identifying areas of compliance weakness and recommend remedial measures in consultation with the regulatory affairs manager.
    • Follow up with the various stakeholder on closure of the Compliance Gap Analysis/Tracker.

The primary purpose of this role is to enhance customer access, convenience, and engagement by leveraging technology and innovative channels to deliver products and services.     Main Responsibilities
    Operational

    • Alternative Channel Development: Assist in the identification, evaluation, and implementation of alternative channels to expand the organization's reach and improve customer interactions. This includes digital platforms, mobile applications, insure-tech, self-service kiosks, and other emerging channels. Technology Integration: Collaborate with the IT and technology teams to ensure smooth integration of alternative channels with existing systems and infrastructure. Monitor channel performance and identify areas for optimization.
    • Customer Experience Enhancement: Work closely with the Customer Experience team to design and deliver seamless and user-friendly experiences across alternative channels. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
    • Channel Performance Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics of alternative channels to measure their effectiveness. Prepare reports on channel usage, customer behavior, and transaction trends to inform decision-making.
    • Compliance and Security: Ensure that all alternative channels comply with regulatory requirements, security standards, and data protection policies. Implement necessary controls and measures to mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.
    • Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams, including customer service representatives and sales staff, to ensure they are equipped to assist customers using alternative channels effectively.
    • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop marketing and promotional campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of alternative channels among customers.
    • Innovation and Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to alternative channels. Conduct research and benchmarking to identify new opportunities for enhancing customer engagement.
    • Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers responsible for alternative channel solutions. Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure effective delivery of services.
    • Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the budget for alternative channel initiatives. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in the implementation and maintenance of these channels.
