    Global Talent Acquisition Director, Human Resources

    Responsibilities include:

    • Support, plan, develop, and execute on global recruiting strategies including; sourcing, recruiting best practices, strategic onboarding processes, and partnering with internal stakeholders on longer-term recruiting initiatives
    • Build the skills and commitment of hiring managers to follow best practices in all stages of the talent acquisition life cycle
    • Continuously innovate on talent acquisition initiatives that are aligned to PATH values and strategic priorities
    • Effectively network and influence others within a highly matrixed organization
    • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and recruit the very best candidates
    • Create and foster relationships with academic institutions and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates
    • Develop and execute affirmative action plans
    • Manage and grow a global team of regional talent acquisition managers and talent acquisition advisors
    • Act as an expert and guide others across the discipline in sourcing, recruiting, and/or closing hires
    • Partner with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders to build regional workforce planning and recruitments strategies
    • Ensure inclusive recruiting practices across the organization and prioritize the continuous improvement of our hiring practices through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion  
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and champion streamlined practices, workflows, and metrics to measure success
    • Develop and deliver recruiting strategies for new and existing markets globally
    • May manage TA budgets

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Recruitment function leadership experience

    Global Total Rewards Director, Human Resources

     Responsibilities include:

    • Continuous innovation in total rewards initiatives that are aligned to PATH’s values and strategic priorities
    • Design market competitive compensation and benefits plans, taking a total compensation approach in the countries where PATH operates and employs people
    • Develop and manage efficient business processes for the administration of daily compensation changes, including promotions, adjustments, offers, etc.
    • Partner with the Chief People and Diversity Officer and Board Chairman to support the Executive Compensation Committee
    • Provide agile solution-oriented support to projects as PATH expands operations into countries where we do not currently operate
    • Engage and partner with HR colleagues and organizational leaders to find creative solutions to unexpected challenges that emerge globally
    • Use data and analytics  to inform decisions and ensure all our processes drive fair and equitable outcomes 
    • Drive a strategy and plan to ensure pay equity across all demographics, including build-out of dashboards to provide visibility on progress
    • Partner with our Finance & Planning team on annual compensation planning and budget processes
    • Ensure alignment of total compensation policies and practices to the complex, changing requirements of multiple donors, countries, and types of work
    • Simplify business processes and author total rewards policies that address both organizational needs and compliance requirements
    • Manage partnerships with vendors to provide comprehensive coverage to address employee needs 
    • Negotiate/oversee the negotiation of vendor associated contracts
    • Serve as thought partner for executive team and HR leaders on global compensation and benefits trends, regulations, and cutting edge practices
    • Design, implement, and oversee a global mobility program and tax policy that corresponds with PATH’s talent strategy
    • Manage global tax vendor for tax advice and preparation and other total rewards contracts and vendors

    Required Experience

    Global HRBP Director, Human Resources

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage and grow a team of regional HR Business partners
    • Support and guide HRBPs to manage employee relations issues in partnership with PATH Leadership
    • Serve as the escalation point of contact for all HR business partnering matters
    • Support the development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of a training, mentoring and professional development and succession plans
    • Co-lead the development and delivery of organizational development programs including succession planning, change management and talent management
    • Work collaboratively with the executive team, managers, HR team, and other stakeholders to build a culture defined by our values
    • Coach and influence PATH leadership in building and implementing innovative PATH people experience strategies informed by PATH strategic objectives and global market trends
    • Collaborate with the Chief People and Diversity Officer to provide HRBP support to the Executive team members
    • Partner with the Chief People and Diversity Officer to address HR institutional issues
    • Partner with the HR Operations team to initiate and project manage institutional priorities and to create communication plans in support of HR initiatives to educate and create a shared-understanding of our people strategies
    • Lead the review and update policies, guidelines and handbooks on an ongoing basis, to reflect labor laws, legislative and regulatory changes for all countries in which PATH operates
    • Work with HR Management Team and Legal Affairs to ensure global compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk
    • Serve as the PATH safeguarding officer and act as the lead author of HR related investigation action plans
    • Partner and influence Global Program and Country Leaders to proactively identify the next HR priorities, providing guidance and capacity building to create solutions
