The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an exceptional ability to cultivate and grow a robust portfolio of corporate clients in the luxury hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue in the Corporate segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the corporate client base within the Kenyan market.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of corporate clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive competitive advantages.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the leadership team.

Qualifications
