About the .NET C# and Business Central AL Developer role

• You will write AL and C# on products that already run payroll, tax and retail for clients in Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa. This is product engineering inside a Microsoft Solutions Partner, not a one-off client customisation shop.

What you will do

• Design, build and ship AL extensions for Business Central ISVs on AppSource-ready code.
• Extend DigiTaxFlow 365, PayrollFlow 365, ProcurementFlow 365 and RetailFlow 365.
• Write C# integrations where the ledger must talk to banks, tax authorities and POS devices.
• Review pull requests, protect upgrade safety and keep our ISVs current with Business Central waves.
• Sit with consultants when a Kenyan, Nigerian or South African statutory rule has to become data.

What you bring

• Strong C# and Business Central AL on live customer tenants.
• Comfort with source control, Azure DevOps or GitHub, and automated test for AL.
• A clear written explanation of a posting, a tax call or a payroll calculation you have owned.

About the Dynamics 365 Finance role

• You will own the finance workstream on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ledger has to close, the tax has to post, and our ISVs have to land in the same books the CFO already trusts.

What you will do

• Configure GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, banks, tax and period close on Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Design dimensions, intercompany and consolidation for multi-entity African groups.
• Fit Software Dynamics ISVs — payroll, eTIMS, disbursements — so they post cleanly into the ledger.
• Lead workshops, write functional designs and walk finance through UAT and cutover.
• Stay accountable after go-live when month-end is the first real test.

What you bring

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance or AX delivery on at least one live finance close.
• You can explain a trial balance, a tax posting and a bank reconciliation without slides.
• Workshop and documentation habits that a controller can follow.

About the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain role

• You will make inventory, warehouse, procurement and production tell the same story as finance. African distributors, manufacturers and rental fleets do not forgive a system that cannot receive, pick and value stock correctly.

What you will do

• Configure inventory, warehouse, procurement, quality and production on Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Design the operations model so buyers, warehouse and finance share one set of numbers.
• Work with our procurement, rental and industry ISVs instead of coding around the product.
• Run process workshops on the floor, not only in the boardroom.
• Support hypercare when the first receipts and shipments go live.

What you bring

• Dynamics 365 Supply Chain or AX operations delivery on a live warehouse or plant.
• You understand on-hand, reservations, costing and a purchase-to-pay path.
• Comfort working with warehouse and plant teams remotely, and on site when a go-live needs it.

About the Dynamics 365 Commerce / POS Developer role

• Retail and food-and-beverage clients need a POS that posts. You will build Dynamics 365 Commerce and Store Commerce extensions so a sale in the store is a sale in the ledger.

What you will do

• Develop Dynamics 365 Commerce and Store Commerce / POS extensions in TypeScript and C#.
• Extend the Commerce Runtime, channel database and POS views our retail and F&B clients run.
• Integrate handhelds, payment terminals and e-commerce channels that must reconcile.
• Protect offline resilience and end-of-day posting so stores can trade when the line drops.
• Work with Finance and Supply Chain consultants so stock and tender types stay consistent.

What you bring

• Shipped work on Dynamics 365 Commerce, Store Commerce, CPOS or a comparable POS platform.
• Strong TypeScript and C#, and a clear idea of how a tender becomes a GL entry.
• Retail or F&B delivery experience, even on one banner.

• You will customize and extend Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for client programmes. The work is X++ extensions, integrations, SSRS reports and Electronic Reporting — not ISV product development.

What you will do

• Develop customizations and extensions in X++ on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Build integrations: data entities, services and connections to banks, tax authorities and line-of-business systems.
• Develop SSRS reports that finance and operations can run after go-live.

• Keep models and deployable packages upgrade-safe, and own regression when a wave update lands.

• Lead the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 client programmes: environments, ALM, security, integrations and extension strategy.
• Write and defend the solution design: data model, interfaces, reporting (SSRS and Electronic Reporting) and cutover approach.
• Set coding and package standards for X++ customizations and extensions so wave updates stay possible.
• Design integrations across F&O, Commerce, Dataverse, Azure and line-of-business systems.
• Review designs and pull requests, unblock developers, and stay accountable through UAT, cutover and hypercare.
• Work with functional consultants and the project manager so scope, estimate and architecture stay one story.

What you bring

• You have been the technical architect or lead developer on a Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX) programme that reached production.
• You can draw the landscape — environments, identities, integrations, data movement — and explain the trade-offs.
• Strong X++ and extension model judgement: you know when not to customize.
• You have designed or reviewed integrations, SSRS and Electronic Reporting on live tenants.

Nice to have

• MB-700 or equivalent architect certification.
