Role Description
The Revenue & Growth Manager (RGM) drives revenue growth through strategic market penetration, business development, sales leadership, prequalification and tender management. This role oversees the full sales cycle from lead generation, pipeline management and tender preparation to deal negotiation and closing high-value contracts. The RGM also supervises marketing and client support teams to ensure optimal customer engagement, brand visibility and revenue realization. The role works closely with the Business Generation HOD to align strategies with company goals and market opportunities while identifying new revenue streams and growth initiatives.
