Sales Officer-AA licensing

Key performance areas;

• Promote and sell International Driving Permits (IDPs) and Carnet de Passage (CPDs) to clients planning to drive internationally or transport vehicles across borders.
• Educate customers on eligibility, processes, and documentation requirements for licensing services.
• Respond to inquiries from individuals, Corporates, travel agencies, and expats.
• Develop partnerships with corporates to drive service uptake.
• Track leads, follow up diligently, and maintain client records.

Education and Experience

• Diploma or degree in sales and Marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Sales experience in travel, or regulatory services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to grasp and explain international driving/travel requirements with accuracy and confidence.

• Sell local and international tour and travel packages, air tickets, hotel bookings, visa processing, and travel insurance.
• Customize travel solutions to meet individual client needs and preferences.
• Build relationships with travelers, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive business growth.
• Stay updated on travel advisories, seasonal offers, and destination trends.
• Manage post-sale follow-ups to ensure excellent customer experience and repeat business.

Education and Experience;

• Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing, Communications, Tours and Travel, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in tours and travel sales.
• Ability to sell experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Strong client service, communication, and time management skills.
