    Sales Representative

    We are looking for an outgoing, self-driven and aware individual with a passion for delivering life-changing healthcare solutions. You will be on the frontlines of the business and the face of the product. Your day-to-day will be meeting, listening, building and delivering solutions to prospective businesses, executives, and partners.

    Here's what you'll be doing:

    • Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers (businesses, insurers, executives, and other commercial partners)
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Plot a customer base segmented to achieve required business results that is inputted into CRM system and measured against achievement of required call rate and results generated
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
    • Keep on top of best practices, and healthcare industry trends and news

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
    • Maintaining and using a CRM with 100% input
    • Ability to build strong business professional relationships
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
    • Strong commercial acumen and awareness to prioritize time, sales pipeline and contracts
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    • Committed to continuous improvement and high learning agility
    • Experience in healthcare and passionate about emergency services
    • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing or Pharmacy (any healthcare related field) or something else (but you need to convince us why you’re the right person)

    Sales Manager

    Requirements

    Today, we sell our services to businesses, and partners and have a team of sales representatives and account managers. We are looking to hire a sales manager to help the company track, improve and scale in Kenya and beyond. Here’s what you’ll do:

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets and retention quotas by successfully managing the team through in-depth understanding of the business
    • Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and existing customer revenues
    • Set quotas as it relates to meetings, calls, engagements and revenue
    • Create a structure for identifying new customers and plan approach to listed customers, followed by monitoring of activities against these customers
    • Hold self and team accountable for meeting set KPIs and quotas
    • Monitor daily activities of the team and coach the team to continually improve their performance in key competency areas (60% time spent doing this)
    • Co-travel and work directly with each team member to provide feedback on SFE (sales force effectiveness) as well as customer feedback from a managerial perspective
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Analyze sales, customer and activity data to monitor progress against objectives and communicate progress to team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

    Requirements

    • BS/MS degree in business administration, healthcare or a related field
    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Committed to continuous improvement and high learning agility
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • CRM experience
    • Strong business sense and healthcare industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
