    Sales Representative (CM)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead engagement via inbound and outbound calls, SMS, email, and social channels.
    • Prospect qualification based on medical needs, budget, readiness, and alignment with Trevita services.
    • Client education on available treatments, benefits of medical travel, safety protocols, and certifications.
    • Build trust with clients navigating sensitive health or aesthetic decisions.
    • Schedule qualified consultations for the sales/medical coordination team.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems.
    • Follow up persistently and strategically with leads across the funnel.
    • Handle objections related to safety, travel logistics, and cost comparisons.
    • Meet and exceed KPIs (contact rate, qualification rate, show rate, booked consultations).
    • Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
    • Mentor junior SDRs (optional depending on seniority level).

    Experience & Requirements

    • 3-5+ years of experience as SDR/BDR, appointment setter (preferably high-ticket services), or in sales roles within healthcare, medical tourism, aesthetics, or wellness.
    • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
    • Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
    • Skills Exceptional communication and empathy skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive conversations related to health and personal transformation.
    • Strong consultative selling approach (non-transactional).
    • Advanced objection handling and next-step closing skills.
    • High level of organization and pipeline management.
    • Data-driven mindset with strong CRM discipline.
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
    • Tools CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
    • Calling & messaging tools (VoIP, Email, SMS).
    • Calendars and scheduling tools.
    • Lead management and outreach systems.

    Sales Representative-Call Center

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent English communication skills (C1 level), and experience working with international markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
    • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies to engage potential clients
    • Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria
    • Schedule meetings for Account Executives
    • Maintain and update accurate records in CRM systems
    • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets
    • Collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in sales (SDR, outbound sales, or call center roles)
    • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo
    • Fluent English (C1 level or higher) – strong spoken and written communication
    • Clear, neutral accent suitable for international clients
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
