- A minimum of 3 years of relevant practitioner experience in climate finance, sustainable finance, development finance, project preparation, investment advisory, financial sector development, or related areas.
- Demonstrated experience working with governments, development partners, INGOs, multilateral institutions, financial institutions, or climate-focused programmes.
Proven experience in:
- supporting or delivering climate finance and sustainable finance advisory assignments
- contributing to blended finance, fund structuring, project preparation, or other implementation-oriented advisory work
- supporting development of investment pipelines, financing strategies, or project preparation materials
- conducting economic, financial, and policy analysis related to sustainable investment and financing
- supporting tracking, reporting, or accountability mechanisms for climate and sustainable finance programmes or facilities
- Financial modelling skills to assess project cash flows, financing scenarios, and investment considerations.
- Exposure to sustainable finance taxonomies, ESG and sustainability reporting, MRV frameworks, climate finance tracking, or impact reporting.
