    Senior Data Analyst

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies for effective virtual energy management.
    • Lead a team of data analysts to extract, analyse, and interpret complex data sets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions.
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of data models and algorithms.
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected for analysis.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Relevant bachelors’ degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Must have 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
    • Must have strong expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, and proficiency in Python or other programming languages.
    • Solid understanding of energy management principles and technologies.
    • Experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising campaigns utilizing Google Ads, analytics, and paid ads to showcase upscale properties and services.
    • Optimize the company’s online presence through effective social media marketing strategies, engaging content creation, and management of social media accounts.
    • Implement search engine optimization techniques to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic, leveraging expertise in WordPress. Manage and redesign the website to ensure it aligns with current trends and user preferences.
    • Represent the Company at industry events, managing stall setup, client interactions, and inventory control to strengthen brand presence.
    • Design and execute impactful email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, or any other tools.
    • Utilize User-Generated Content (UGC) effectively to enhance engagement and credibility.
    • Utilize Copywriting and Animation skills to create Engaging Visuals, compelling and persuasive content across various digital platforms.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
    • Proven track record of 3-5 years in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry, demonstrating expertise in driving impactful digital strategies.
    • Proficiency in WordPress with a demonstrated ability to optimize websites for SEO and enhance user experience.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, to create captivating visual content for digital marketing campaigns.
    • Exceptional analytical skills paired with a creative mindset, enabling the development of data-driven strategies and innovative marketing campaigns.
    • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a relentless pursuit of excellence and the ability to prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.

    Digital Marketer and Content Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to promote omnichannel sales.
    • Manage and update the company’s website and online store, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
    • Create engaging content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement (to both online and offline push).
    • Manage monthly Ad Campaigns for both the client and third party brands
    • SEO optimization
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement) and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to enhance the company’s online presence.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
    • Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing preferably for the beauty and cosmetics industry.
    • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, WooCommerce (PDP uploads, banner design, optimizing UI/UX), and social media management tools (Google my Business, Meta for Business, Tik Tok).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry is a plus.
