    Talent Acquisition Supervisor

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and oversee recruitment operations. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, guiding a team of recruiters, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent aligned with business needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and lead the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring hiring targets and KPIs are met.
    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job requisition to offer stage.
    • Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
    • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to recruiters.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor or similar leadership role.
    • Proven experience managing recruitment teams.
    • Advanced English proficiency (required).
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Availability to work full-time.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in high-volume or regional recruitment.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Strong analytical skills and experience working with recruitment data.

    Talent Acquisition Associate

    Job description:

    • About the Role: The Talent Acquisition Associate will provide support in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various departments within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsabilities:

    • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand and attract talent.
    • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interviews, preparing interview materials, and sending out candidate communications.
    • Collaborate with other members of the HR/Coordination team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:

    • MUST HAVE ENGLISH C1<
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
    • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is preferred but not required.
