    Laboratory Technologist – Mobile - 5 Posts

    Reporting to: Laboratory Services Manager
    Overall Purpose of the Job:

    • The Laboratory Technologists – Mobile will be responsible for the sample collection and testing from the comfort of clients/patients' location per the standard operating procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Collection and processing of client samples.
    •  Communication of laboratory results.
    •  Preparation of laboratory reports.
    •  Grow the uptake of wellness checks, including growing Home/Office collections as per the targets.
    •  Drive laboratory revenue.
    •  Implementation of ISO 15189:2022 guidelines.
    •  Delivery of pharmaceutical products to clients.

    Position Requirements:

    •  A diploma in Medical Laboratory Science.
    •  Must have a registration certificate from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technician and Technologist Board
    •  Demonstrated capability of riding motorcycles; with a valid riding licence.
    •  At least two (2) years of appropriate experience in medical laboratory functions.
    •  Experience in implementation of ISO 15189 standard is an added advantage
    •  ICT competency.

    Business Development Executive - Laboratory Services

    Reporting to: Laboratory Services Manager
    Overall Purpose of the Job:

    Business Development Executive - Laboratory Services will be responsible for driving business development strategies on the scope of Laboratory services.     Key Responsibilities:

    •  Provide input/market intelligence in the development of the marketing strategy.
    •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
    •  Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders.
    •  Initiate and pursue business leads, to successful closure.
    •  Participate in both corporate and industry events.
    •  Prepare periodic business and market analysis reports.
    •  Follow up on service queries for clients.

    Position Requirements:

    •  Degree in Business and at least 3 years of experience in the laboratory services industry, focused on sales and marketing.
    •  Solid business acumen, and strong communication skills.
    •  Exceptional analytical abilities with proficiency in verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
    •  Highly organized, detail-oriented individual capable of prioritizing tasks; a proactive team player working towards building a shared vision.
    •  Experience in ISO-accredited healthcare industry is an added advantage.

    HR Intern

    Reporting to: HR Advisor – Talent
    Overall Purpose of the Job:

    The HR Intern will be responsible for the provision of office administration assistance to the Human Resources department

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Updating and maintaining staff records
    •  Coordinating interviews and psychometric tests
    •  General filing for the HR department
    •  Management of HR Management Information System (HRMIS)
    •  General HR correspondence.

    Position Requirements:

    •  Degree in a business-related course with a Human Resource Management major
    •  Certified Human Resource Professional Course (CHRP) foundation level
    •  Excellent communication skills
    •  Good interpersonal skills
    •  High level of confidentiality
    •  Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
