    School Driver

    Role Summary.

    • Responsible for the safe and punctual transportation of students, staff, and authorized personnel to and from school, events, and other designated locations. This role requires strict adherence to traffic regulations, commitment to passenger safety, and proper maintenance of the school vehicle.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Transport students and staff safely as per the designated routes and schedules, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off.
    • Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle at all times.
    • Adhere strictly to Kenyan traffic laws and school transportation policies.
    • Report any mechanical issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate authority.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption and maintenance schedules.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation, such as license’s and insurance are valid and up to date.
    • Provide assistance during school events, field trips and other activities requiring transportation support.

    The requirements

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education minimum of a C (plain).
    • Must have a valid Kenyan driving license with classes BCE endorsement.
    • Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably in a school setting.
    • Certificate in defensive driving & First Aid will be an added advantage.
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform minor repairs.

    French Teacher

    Role Summary.

    • Provide an appropriately broad, balanced and differentiated learning experience for students, in accordance with the national curriculum, aims of the school and curriculum policies.
    • Ensure commitment to ethos and set of values in order to secure high quality learning, effective use of resources and improvement in standards of learning and achievement for all students.
    • To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.

    Key Responsibilities.

    • To prepare and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the school’s vision and mission.
    • Teach students principally in the subject area across the classes and ability range in accordance with agreed schemes of work and assessment for learning, recording and reporting procedures.
    • Be in a position to develop programs to meet the needs, abilities and interests of learners using a range of instructional techniques and media.
    • Evaluating the performance of students throughout the school calendar year.
    • Participate in the development of appropriate materials and schemes of work within your faculty and in cooperation with colleagues.
    • Share responsibility for ensuring the safety, well-being and discipline of all the students at the school.
    • Helping individual students who are behind or struggling to learn the content.
    • Carry out a share of supervisory duties in accordance with agreed rotas.
    • Participate in meetings with parents and colleagues relating to all aspects of your work as a teacher.

    The requirements

    Qualifications and Experience.

    • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
    • At least 3 years' High School teaching experience.
    • Must be registered with Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
    • Be conversant with the new Competency Based Curriculum.
    • Working knowledge of MS – office computer applications.
