    Presales Executive

    About the role:

    The overall purpose of this role is on supporting the sales process through presales activities, while also contributing to direct sales efforts. This role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, responding to tenders, conducting market research, assisting the sales team in delivering product demonstrations, attending client meetings and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate local & International client requirements into customized solutions while generating revenue opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
    • Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client's requirement.
    • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFP and tender submission.
    • Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional / technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients
    • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes by actively researching and maintaining a thorough understanding of our own products and competitor strengths and weaknesses
    • Assist the sales team in qualifying potential clients and to ensure that all sales documentation and collateral is kept up to date and relevant.
    • Generate revenue by assisting in closing sales and achieving set KPIs.
    • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
    • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
    • Tailor proposals and quotations to align with client needs.
    • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes by actively researching and maintaining a thorough understanding of our own products and competitor strengths and weaknesses
    • Generate more leads by building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by conducting market analysis developing new relationships with prospective clients.
    • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts and updates to management.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements and Competencies:

    • Bachelor's Degree from any major is preferable.
    • At least 2 years' working experience will be an advantage having sales experience in the software industry.
    •  Good understanding of B2B sales.
    • Good understanding of Tender Management Process
    • Skilled in preparing/analyzing complex technical specifications & bids
    • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken
    • Relationship management skills.
    • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
    •  Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
    • Hands on experience in working with Microsoft Office

    Office Admin (Real Estate)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to emails promptly.
    • Manage office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Follow up with clients for feedback and keep them updated on new property listings.
    • Provide marketing support by preparing property listings, designing flyers, managing social media accounts, and running email campaigns.
    • Manage properties including tenant communication, rent collection, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and handling tenant inquiries and complaints.
    • Maintain accurate filing systems and organize all property-related documents, leases, and agreements.
    • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other real estate events.
    • Assist with real estate transactions, including preparing contracts and ensuring proper documentation.
    • Handle general office support tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office cleanliness, and managing mail.
    • Perform basic accounting tasks, maintain a daily activity data sheet, and support property financial records.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite
    • Basic accounting knowledge.
    • Experience in property management or real estate administration is an added advantage
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
