    Showroom Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Sales

    • Attend to walk-in and scheduled showroom clients
    • Understand client needs, budgets, and design requirements
    • Recommend suitable mouldings, wall finishes, and decorative architectural solutions
    • Prepare quotations and actively drive sales to close transactions
    • Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and contractors
    • Achieve showroom sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

    Product Advisory & Technical Support

    • Interpret architectural and interior drawings to recommend appropriate products
    • Advise clients on product selection, finishes, and installation considerations
    • Assist clients in developing finish schedules and material selections
    • Provide guidance on product combinations and design aesthetics

    Documentation & Coordination

    • Prepare quotations, specifications, and supporting documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project requirements
    • Coordinate with the sales, QS, and stores teams for order processing and deliveries
    • Follow up on quotations, revisions, and after-sales support

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior finishes, construction materials, or architectural product sales
    • Proven experience in client-facing sales within a showroom or construction-related environment
    • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-driven roles

    Assistant HR & Operations Manager

    Role Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Assistant HR & Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, strengthen systems, coordinate logistics, and handle HR administration. This role combines operational coordination with people-support capability, working alongside HR to maintain a high-performance, accountable culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operations & Coordination

    • Oversee daily office and site operations – logistics, inventory tracking, procurement support
    • Improve workflow efficiency and service delivery
    • Supervise support staff including drivers, office assistants, and cleaners
    • Ensure documentation, timelines, and technical standards are consistently met

    HR Support

    • Support recruitment administration, onboarding, and employee record management
    • Work alongside HR on performance coordination, leave tracking, and compliance
    • Assist with staff welfare and team wellbeing initiatives
    • Handle confidential staff matters with discretion and integrity

    Project & Supply Chain Support

    • Coordinate project delivery support, site quality control, and inventory management
    • Liaise with transport, logistics, and external service providers

    Financial & Quality Control

    • Support budget tracking and operational efficiency
    • Maintain high standards in office and site compliance

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field
    • Experience: 3+ years in an administrative, HR, or operations coordination role within interior design, architectural finishes, or construction
    • HR Exposure: Must have experience managing records, supporting recruitment, or coordinating people processes
    • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction or design industry operations
