    Digital Marketer

    • We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer to generate qualified leads and support 10% month-on-month revenue growth.
    • The successful candidate will manage digital campaigns, optimise online channels, and ensure marketing activity contributes directly to real, billable business opportunities

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Generate qualified leads for business development teams Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising 
    • Track and report lead generation performance and ROI .Collaborate with Business Development and Client Services teams to convert leads into active clients
    • Support brand visibility, positioning, and market engagement

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

    • Number of qualified leads generated
    • Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate
    • Campaign ROI and cost per lead
    • Contribution of digital leads to signed contracts
    • Website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing or lead generation
    • Experience in financial services, fintech, B2B, or collections sector is an advantage
    • Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics

    Business Development Manager

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and deliver a minimum of 10% month-on-month revenue growthThis role is critical to our growth agenda and requires a commercially focused individual who can convert opportunities into real, billable revenue.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Acquire new clients and close business across debt collection, BPO, call centre, and related services
    • Deliver 10% month-on-month growth in revenue from new business
    • Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new clients Work closely with digital marketing and client services teams
    • Track and report sales performance and revenue outcomes Build and maintain strong client relationships

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or B2B sales
    • Experience in financial services, fintech, collections, or BPO is an advantage
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
