    Retail & Online Operations Lead

    Role summary

    We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to oversee daily store operations, inventory, and our Shopify store. This role is hands-on and front-facing — you will serve customers while also owning stock accuracy and online operations.

    Key responsibilities

    • Manage inventory across stores and online (stock in, stock out, transfers)
    • Ensure Shopify is always accurate:
    • Product uploads & edits
    • Pricing, variants, tags, collections
    • Inventory syncing
    • Process online orders and coordinate fulfilment
    • Prepare stock for pop-ups, school visits, and events
    • Support smooth day-to-day store operations
    • Serve customers during peak hours and assist on the shop floor

    You’ll be successful if you:

    • Are organized and detail-driven
    • Are comfortable using a computer (Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify is a plus)
    • Can balance shop-floor work with backend tasks
    • Take ownership and solve problems calmly

    Key responsibilities

    Brand & Community Lead

    Role summary

    We are looking for a confident, people-friendly individual to grow our brand visibility, community, and partnerships. You’ll work closely with our content creator, manage collaborations, help with ads, and represent the brand both in-store and outside.

    Key responsibilities

    • Plan weekly and monthly content direction (working with the content creator)
    • Manage influencer outreach, collaborations, and partnerships
    • Coordinate school visits, proposals, and follow-ups
    • Plan and support in-store events, pop-ups, and activations
    • Run Meta & google ads
    • Engage with customers in-store and gather feedback
    • Report what content, campaigns, and offers are working

    You’ll be successful if you:

    • Are confident speaking to parents, schools, and partners
    • Understand social media beyond just posting
    • Are organized, proactive, and follow through
    • Enjoy being in-store and on the ground, not just online
