    Enterprise Architecture Governance Specialist

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Understand Bank’s Business Landscape, Technologies that support it and their relative contribution to the bank’s success to enable correct prioritization and effort focusing. 
    • Create reviews and Assurance plans based on Architecture Segments, Architecture Domains, Business Area, Geographical region, Business Divisions, Technology Departments or Systems or customer touchpoints and engage the relevant stakeholders to formalize the plans and expectations.
    • Maintain the target/approved state of the various Architecture Components (Blueprints ) for review and design a detailed test backed by appropriate best practice. 
    • Identify relevant Stakeholders and Communicate with them to ensure understanding of Assurance goals, milestones, deliverables, and individual roles and responsibilities in the process.
    • Facilitate engagements on the Assurance findings, exploring opportunities and Solutions to create a roadmap and remediation plan for issues found as well as gaps in achieving the target Architecture state.
    • Ensure Proper tracking of the projects, initiatives put in place to remediate the compliance deficits and agreed roadmap, periodically conducting confirmation/verification checks, and reviewing escalations.
    • Maintain a tight grip on Technical Debt across the group ensuring remediation efforts are on course and any deviations are appropriately reviewed and approved.
    • Review the solutions design and development process ensuring a proactive approach to dealing with noncompliance of architectural principles, guidelines, and Standards.
    • Provide regular updates to Technology Leadership and Other Stakeholders on the current state of Technology and the journey towards achieving the desired Architecture State. 
    • Proactively identify, plan, and communicate risks and roadblocks in the achievement of the target Architectural State and manage/escalate them appropriately

    MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    Academic & Professional
    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study    RQ
    • Enterprise Architecture    
    • TOGAF or Other Architecture Related Certifications such as ArchiMate, SABSA, Bredemeyer, Zackman, BizBok (Any one of the above) AA
    •  IT Governance    COBIT, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CGRC, ITIL (Any one of the above)    AA

    Experience

    • Total Minimum No of Years’ Technical Experience Required    5

    Data Center Network Engineer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

    • Managing, monitoring and optimizing the Data Center environment – Core Enterprise Network, Core Voice Network, Load Balancers, Perimeter and Data Center Security Infrastructure. 
    • Lead the migration to new stable state of the art advanced data center technologies or any planned upgrades for data center network infrastructure. 
    • Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance with Data Center standards and systems. 
    • Perform troubleshoot on data center, identify issues, and assist in timely resolution of the same. 
    • Coordinate with various departments and perform integration of critical systems into data center infrastructure and develop strategies to ensure achievement of data center capacity. 
    • Responsible for deploying and implementing network security controls as outlined by the Information Security, policy, standards, and guidelines. 
    • Ensures that the logical and physical network is performing as required and works with internal and external service providers to repair and restore service as needed. 
    • Ensure that Up to date systems configurations and documentations are kept for all data center network infrastructure. 
    • Vendors and SLA management for continuous provision of uninterrupted quality service to the Bank. 
    • Service level Application in relation to Telecom service providers and Equipment supporting network functions.

    The Person

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

    • University Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Mathematics or related field from a recognized institution.
    • A Cisco Certified Network professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Security Professional(CCSP
    • At Least 5 years' experience in Networking (Routing and Switching)
    • At least 5 years' experience in Telephony and Voice, Network Security and Vendor Management

    Cybersecurity Analyst

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Support administration, optimization, and support the Bank’s Technical security solutions, including perimeter email, cloud, network, endpoint, and data security solutions in compliance with the Bank’s policies and standards.
    • Provide technical security related support to ICT projects and changes from inception through to successful implementation, to ensure cybersecurity requirements are met before introduction to production environments.
    • Contribute to the development of Technical Security Policies and Minimum-Security Configuration Baseline Standards in line with industry best practices and technologiescommensurate with risk and regulatory requirements and implementing the same cost effectively.
    • Conduct security assessments of technical infrastructure security configuration against established minimum security baseline standards to provide optimum security, performance, and availability.
    • Provide tactical security expertise across various security domains as assigned from time to time.
    • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Intelligence and Security Operations Centre (CiSOC) in the continuous monitoring and defence of the Bank’s infrastructure for cybersecurity threat indicators, assist to detect, report, and respond to technical security violations/incidents.
    • Appropriately and practically defend the Bank’s technical infrastructure, in accordance with established policies, procedures, guidelines and practices.
    • Provide input into Cyber Security risk and control self-assessments by leveraging knowledge in technical security and mitigating information and cyber risks identified by various assurance teams such as Information Risk and Audit.
    • Research on and provide technical security expertise in the Group Cyber Security department.

    Cyber Security certification such as

    • CEH: Certified Ethical Hacker;

    • SSCP: Systems Security Certified Practitioner; 
    • CompTIA Security+
    • OSCP: Offensive Security Certified Professional; 

    At least one RQ

    Networking certification such as     

    • CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate 
    • CCNP: Cisco Certified Network Professional

    least one RQ

    • Network security certification such as
    • Cisco Security Certifications (CCNA Security, CCNP Security, CyberOps)
    • Checkpoint Certifications (CCSA, CCSE)
    • Fortinet Certifications (NSE 4 to 8)
    • Any other network vendor specific certification (Palo Alto, Sophos, Cyberoam etc)
