    Supplier Development Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Developing and managing top Brands and Suppliers.
    • Driving business category sourcing strategies and cost initiatives to meet business Goals.
    • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with existing suppliers and customers.
    • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
    • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
    • Meeting with potential suppliers to present company offerings and negotiate business Deals and prices.
    • Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre-deal and post deal process.
    • Prepare and submit proposals to vendors and negotiation of prices in preparation of Campaigns.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any related course.
    • Relevant experience in purchasing and resource development is preferred.
    • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, self-starter.
    • Proactive and a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
    • Organized with an ability to work under pressure.
    • A proven record of effectively working and negotiating with Suppliers/Vendors.
    • Stakeholder and relationship management skills.
    • Data analysis skills.
    • Creative, analytical, able to find simple solutions to complex problems.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

    IT Support Staff

    Job Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Provide first-line user support in person, by phone, or remotely.
    • Install, configure, and update computer sys- tems and applications.
    • Monitor and maintain networks and systems for efficiency.
    • Manage support tickets, track resolutions, and maintain records.
    • Handle account creation, access rights, and user offboarding.
    • Document IT procedures and prepare simple performance reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, IT, Information Science, Business IT,or Computer & Information Technology.
    • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and/or Linux. Skills in installing, configuring, and trouble- shooting software and hardware.
    • Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
    • Understanding of cybersecurity practices. Experience with help desk/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

    Aftersale Service Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Thoroughly inspect products for defects, damages, and functional issues.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in aftersales qual- ity inspection, field service, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of electronics and familiarity with basic repair and maintenance techniques.
    • Perform comprehensive tests to verify product functionality and adherence to specifications.
    • Interact with customers to resolve issues, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction.
    • Accurately record inspection results and customer interactions in our database.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
    • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues, and im- plement solutions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other rele- vant software.
    • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
