JOB PURPOSE:
- To support surgical teams by preparing, maintaining, and operating theatre equipment and instruments, ensuring cleanliness, sterility, and safe use of resources during surgical procedures.
- The Theatre Technician plays a critical role in maintaining patient safety, infection control, and operational efficiency within the theatre.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in theatre technician from a recognized institution. Minimum of 3 or more years' experience and one MUST be in theatre.

JOB PURPOSE:
- The overall purpose of this job is to provide quality nursing services and patient care to patients in the assigned hospital unit (Theatre) in line with established protocols and quality management standards.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a ecognized institution.
- Additional training as Perioperative Nurse a MUST.
- Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya with a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 3 or more years of nursing experience and one MUST be as perioperative.
