Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations to locate clients and missing units.
• Utilize digital databases, social media, credit bureau reports, and public records to gather leads.
• Verify the accuracy of located information and update client records in the system.
• Collaborate with field officers, and collection teams to support account resolution.
• Analyze trends in skip accounts and provide insights to improve trace efficiency.
• Maintain detailed notes on skip tracing efforts and outcomes in accordance with company policy.
• Adhere to all legal, ethical, and privacy standards when obtaining or handling client information.
• Report identified fraud or asset concealment cases for escalation.
• Support the team in reaching monthly recovery and tracing targets.
• Participate in continuous training to enhance investigative and communication skills.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in debt collection, investigations, or customer verification preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and online research tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws.

Requirements

• 1.5 to 2+ years hands-on with any production contact-center or VoIP platform (Genesys, Avaya, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, 3CX, Twilio, VICIdial, Five9, Cisco, Webitel or similar).
• Has built or modified IVR/call-routing logic with variables and conditions; comfortable reading JSON.
• Has configured queues, agents/skills and at least one dialing mode in production, and can explain retry logic and core campaign metrics (answer rate, abandonment, contact rate).
• Working SIP basics for diagnosis: can describe a call setup and interpret common 4xx/5xx responses in a trunk context.
• REST API basics: can build and test a request, read the response, and follow a failing integration across systems.
•  Careful change discipline: tests first, documents changes, no undocumented edits in production.
• Clear written English for documentation and evidence-based escalations.
•  Willingness to be trained on Webitel and to work within a defined scope under the hiring manager’s technical direction.

MAIN TASKS

• Organize and co-ordinate assignments of daily field assignments.
• Update of both internal and external field cases in the ERP system.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled field reports.
• Support of customers who visit the office on repossessed units in 
• the yard and negotiating for payments.
• Submit and reconcile field expense reports
• Provide information to customers by answering questions and 
• requests
• Generation of field letters in the system.
• Resolve daily administrative problems.
• Uploading photos of ads on websites – Jiji, car portal & Facebook
• Conduct external valuations 
• Updating discounts on Jiji & car portal 
• Create DCAC invoice 
• Running of Auction & Announcing auction winners 
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Must have either a Diploma/Degree in a Business Administration or related field.
• Must have a Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive to grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Must have Excellent computer skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
• Must be Fluent in English and Swahili
• Should be proficient with Microsoft excel
