    Senior Data Analyst

    Key Responsibilities

    Specifically, the Senior Data Analyst at Peach can expect to own the following elements:

    Data Flow and Structure

    • Map, document, and optimize how data moves across systems (CRM, AppSheet apps, Workpay, Pandadoc, 3CX, and teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Inspection, Fleet). 
    • Implement data cataloging, lineage and version control to ensure trust and repeatability. 
    • Identify and eliminate duplicate data entry across tools (CRM, spreadsheets, internal systems). 
    • Partner with Product and IT to align on data architecture, integrations, and governance frameworks. 
    • Design and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards that centralize critical business metrics.

    Reporting and Business Insights

    • Build, maintain, and enhance self service dashboards for company-wide KPIs (e.g., sales funnel, conversion, inventory movement, buyer engagement) to help in reducing manual reporting. 
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategy and performance improvement. 
    • Collaborate with team leads to define success metrics and create analytical models to track performance. 
    • Translate complex data findings into clear, visual stories for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

    Data Quality and Governance

    • Develop and enforce company-wide data standards for naming, storage, and documentation.
    • Lead data validation, cleaning, and integrity checks to ensure accuracy across systems.
    • Train and support business teams on data best practices and tool usage.
    • Serve as the internal advocate for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics strategy -ideally within a cross-functional business or tech-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI (experience with Python or other analytics tools is a plus)
    • Strong ability to translate data into insights that drive business results.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
    • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to align on shared data goals.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving systems and processes.
    • Experience in setting up or maintaining a data warehouse or central reporting and/or background in automotive, marketplace, or operations-driven environments will be an added advantage.

    Creative Designer

    Key Responsibilities

    Specifically, the Creative Designer at Peach can expect to own the following elements:

    • Content and Brand Strategy
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for campaigns.
    • Content Production
      • Design and produce compelling static and motion graphics for social media, website, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
      • Conceptualize and create high-quality videos, reels, and still images for use in digital campaigns and promotional materials.
      • Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
      • Ensure all creative content aligns with Peach Cars’ tone, style, and marketing goals.
      • Maintain and enhance the visual brand identity of Peach Cars across all platforms.
    • Performance Management
      • Work closely with the “Content Delivery” team, both paid (performance marketing) and unpaid (community engagement), to set metrics for assessing the effectiveness of content and then use these metrics to review and iteratively improve on content 
    • Campaigns and Activations
      • When necessary, participate in online and offline activities as part of the Marketing team.
    • Knowledge Management
      • Manage and organize a library of all creative assets for future use.
    • Market Awareness
      • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, particularly in the automotive industry,  to implement best practices that enhance engagement.
      • Stay updated with the latest design and video production trends, tools, and techniques.
      • Research and apply the latest strategies in social media marketing to continuously improve performance.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in video production, photography, and graphic design.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with followers and stakeholders. The ability to present information clearly and persuasively is crucial, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
    • Proficiency in using video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
    • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
    • Skills in building from the ground up and maintaining strong relationships with online communities, including handling inquiries and feedback on time

    Senior CX Associate

    Key Responsibilities

    Specifically, the Senior CX Associate at Peach can expect to undertake the below listed tasks and activities: 

    Ensuring customer satisfaction, especially in challenging situations

    • Handle the customer cases that need extra attention the ones that are tricky, urgent, or need coordination across teams
    • Notice when the same issues keep popping up and bring it up to our team so we can do something about it.
    • Make sure customer feedback actually reaches the people who can act on it

    Driving Process Improvement

    • Work with the CX Manager and QA Lead to find what's not working and fix it.
    • Help audit how we're talking to customers, are we professional? Accurate? Actually helpful?
    • Maintain our playbooks, scripts, and guides that help the team do their jobs well
    • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to turn customer feedback into real improvements.
    • Run small pilot projects with collaboration from the CX Manager and QA lead to figure out what works before we scale it.

    Bridging Customer Experience and Sales

    • Work with the Sales, Marketing, and QA teams to make sure we're qualifying leads properly before handing them off.
    • Help refine how we score leads so we're focusing on the right opportunities.
    • Keep our CRM clean and accurate (yes, we know it's tedious, but it matters).
    • Share insights on what's working and what's not in the lead qualification process.

    Supporting Team Growth and Development

    • Help onboard and train new CX Associates and interns
    • Manage schedules so we have coverage when we need it
    • Coach people to get better at their jobs, and celebrate when they do

    Driving Action Through Data

    • Track the metrics that matter: lead quality, response times, QA scores, customer sentiment
    • Define reports that actually make sense
    • Use what you learn to recommend changes that will make a difference

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • 3+ years in customer experience, client relations, or operations (bonus if it's in automotive, tech, or e-commerce)
    • Proven experience leading others (formally or informally) with a track record of helping team members improve. 
    • Strong understanding of lead qualification and sales funnel management. 
    • Hands-on experience using CRM and analytics tools such as Freshsales, Google Workspace, Excel, or Data Studio. 
    • Ability to analyze data, identify key insights, and focus on what truly matters. 
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Skilled at handling conflict constructively and maintaining positive working relationships. 
    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 
    • Flexible and comfortable working across different teams or locations as required.
