    Security Supervisor

    Requirements

    • KCSE Certificate; Diploma in Security Management or related field is an added advantage.
    • Valid motorcycle license (Category A) - must be confident and experienced in riding.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a security firm.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
    • Knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and reporting procedures.
    • High level of integrity, discipline, and customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate security guards across assigned client sites to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
    • Conduct routine patrols, inspections, and spot checks to verify compliance and readiness of security teams.
    • Ensure guards are properly deployed, punctual, and presentable at all times.
    • Handle incident reporting, investigations, and escalate security concerns to management.
    • Provide training, mentoring, and motivation to security staff to enhance performance and discipline.
    • Liaise with clients to address their security needs and resolve issues promptly.
    • Maintain accurate reports and documentation on site activities,
    • incidents, and guard performance.
    • Ensure motorcycles and other supervisory equipment are maintained in good working condition.

    Indian Cuisine Chef

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, dosas, and street food. Follow traditional Indian cooking techniques and use authentic spices and ingredients.
    • Ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals according to restaurant standards.
    • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
    • Manage inventory and assist in sourcing high-quality ingredients.
    • Monitor and control food costs while minimizing waste. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
    • Develop and experiment with new Indian recipes to enhance the menu.
    • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Cook in a restaurant, catering service, or hotel.
    • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and cooking methods.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
    • Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant training is a plus.
