To ensure business compliance to regulations and standards according to the Good Warehousing Practice as outlined by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures that govern compliance to ISO 9001:2015.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality Assurance:

• Apply for import permits according to the PPB rules

Handling of documentation

• Ensure all documentation handled and needed for official records is filed and easily retrievable

Non-Conformances

• Ensure that non-conformances are initiated, reviewed and evaluated
• Participate in the implementation of departmental and site EMS objectives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma in business management or any related field
• Computer literacy
• Experience in document management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plant

• Ensure the bottling plant is maintained by checking the filters.
• Trigger quarterly water testing and providing the lab samples.
• Conduct PH testing of the water.
• Report on any faults noted with the bottling unit and filters.
• Report on any changes noted in the water quality.
• Keep the bottling plant hygienic and clean.
• Use the bottling equipment with due care
• Ensure the plant is maintained quarterly.

Bottling

• Ensure the bottles are hygienic and clean.
• Report any faulty bottles and request for replacements.
• Keep a tally of all site bottles.
• Fill and distribute bottled water throughout the site.
• Report on faulty dispensers and trigger repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure dispensers are maintained quarterly.
• Ensure the required PPE is worn during work i.e. gloves, apron, dust coat, gumboots etc.

Health and Safety Management

• Comply with site Health and Safety procedures and participate in site toolbox/safety stand up meetings.

Fire Safety

• Respond to all alarms appropriately as per fire drill process.

 Environment

• Support energy conservation and waste reduction.
• Enforce waste segregation and a clean environment.
• Ensure all waste from maintenance is appropriately disposed of.
• Support sustainability initiatives on site.
