    Level Manager- IT

    The Manager Sales is required to sell the Unified email  collaboration solution  direct to the company’s  most  strategic, complex Key accounts. Manager Sales will have significant experience of selling complex software solutions to large enterprise accounts. Typically  manages up to 15 qualified large Enterprise accounts From IT Software Company only. Emailing company  background will be  An added  advantage.

    Job Description

    • Establish relationships and engage at executive levels within assigned  accounts to identify and  sell E-Mail Platform products and services direct to the company’s most strategic, complex named accounts.
    • Strong customer interaction at the Sr. Management level with support on  forming a relationship  with C level contacts within these accounts. 
    • Build up strategic contacts at CIO, managing director and executive level
    • Carry  a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate  continuous progress  towards achieving account strategies. 
    • Identify,  develop, execute, and  maintain account strategies to  drive adoption on E-Mail Platform product  and services revenue within assigned enterprise accounts who are key, strategic and may have  complex requirements.
    • Establish and maintain close relationships with internal Presales,  support, Marketing  &  Management team to access and leverage from appropriate internal resources.
    • Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts to sales management.
    • Ensure accurate and timely forecasts in CRM.  

    Job Requirements

    • Demonstrated track record of establishing strategic executive level relationships to position and  sell software and services to listed companies. 
    • Individual with 5-10 years’  experience  of solutions sales with minimum 3  years’  experience in  establishing strategic executive level relationships with Global 1000 enterprise customers.
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with  internal marketing,  technology, implementation, and product development teams.
    • Strong consultative selling ability – critical questioning, listening,  analytical, negotiation,  communication, and presentation. 
    • Demonstrated ability  to develop and articulate compelling qualitative and  quantitative business  cases for IT solutions. 
    • Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles from beginning to end  and ability  to close  large complex deals with enterprise accounts. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability  to   effectively present to both  technical and executive audiences.

    Product Manager–Cybersecurity Solutions

    We are seeking a Product Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions with strong presales and solution architecture experience to drive the end-to-end success of our security products. This role combines product strategy, customer engagement, and technical solution design, ensuring our offerings address real-world security challenges and win in competitive sales cycles.

    • Gather, prioritize, and document product requirements based on customer needs, threat intelligence, and business objectives.

    • Track product success using KPIs and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement.
    • Support presales activities, including customer meetings, demos, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements.
    • Partner with sales teams to articulate product value, use cases, and ROI to technical and executive stakeholders.
    • Act as a product and security subject matter expert (SME) during the sales cycle.
    • Gather structured feedback from prospects and customers to influence product roadmap and positioning.
    • Design and validate end-to-end cybersecurity solution architectures aligned with customer environments and security requirements.
    • Advise customers on best practices, deployment models, and integration with existing security tools and infrastructure.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Presales Engineering, or Solution Architecture, preferably in cybersecurity.
    • Strong hands-on understanding of cybersecurity technologies, architectures, and threat landscapes.
    • Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust, NIST CSF.
    • Experience in handling SOC Projects designing, SIEM / SOAR/Threat Intelligence and security engineering Solutions.
    • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and large-scale security deployments.

    Job Requirements

    • 5–7 years of experience in Product Management within:
    • Enterprise IT Infrastructure
    • Cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
    • Collaboration ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
    • Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
    • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex enterprise stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
