    • Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.

    • The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient business processes, excellent customer service, optimal inventory management, and achievement of operational and financial targets. The role will drive operational excellence, improve productivity, and support business growth across all outlets and channels.

    Operational Management

    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily business operations.
    • Ensure smooth running of all stores, warehouses, and distribution activities.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
    • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.

    Inventory and Supply Chain Management

    • Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment processes.
    • Monitor stock levels and minimize losses resulting from theft, damage, or obsolescence.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations management, preferably in retail, FMCG, distribution, or e-commerce.
    • Proven experience managing teams and multi-site operations.
    • Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
    • Experience in budget management and performance reporting.
