    Corporate Relationship Manager

    Client Acquisition

    • Responsible for achieving the new client acquisition revenue targets.
    • Establishing tactics, planning initiatives and strategy to acquire new clients, including diaspora market clients.
    • Source and develop a strong and qualified client acquisition pipeline.
    • Prepare business proposals that focus on the Institution’s competitive advantage and value. propositions to present to prospective clients
    • Being the primary coordinator on pitching and negotiations.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Responsible for achieving the repeat business revenue targets.
    • Establish and develop strong multi contact relationships between senior decision makers and influencers in client organizations, associated Intermediaries and/or third parties.
    • Build detailed knowledge of each of client and key stakeholders to fully understand their needs.

    Enhance and Evolve

    • Responsible for enhancing and evolving contracts to achieve revenue targets.
    • Work consultatively with clients on their strategies, services and programmes, proactively identifying opportunities for further expansion of the Hospital’s services.
    • Secure development opportunities and coordinating with relevant internal teams as required.

    Market and Customer Insight

    • Conduct market research for business opportunities and viable income streams.
    • Know, analyze and share market trends and developments, competitor activity and client feedback to continuously improve and develop institution’s services and Client experience.

    Other Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory.
    • At least 5 years of Healthcare Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Account Management. Hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable.
    • Good understanding of Therapy services.
    • Good knowledge of, and well connected within healthcare.
    • Strong relationship building, stakeholder management skills, and ability to negotiate.
    • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategies.
    • Being client and relationship orientated.
    • Ability to understand clients’ needs, building trust and establishing a strong rapport.
    • Results driven with commercial financial awareness and thrive on working in a target driven environment.
    • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

    Hospital Administrator

    Job Responsibilities

    • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the institution, including clinical, non-clinical, and support services to ensure quality patient care.
    • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the institution's budget, control expenditures, and monitor financial performance to ensure sustainability.
    • Human Resource Management: Lead and supervise hospital staff, including recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary management.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies in line with the institution’s goals and objectives.
    • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure that the institution complies with all national and local regulations, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
    • Facility Management: Oversee maintenance and improvement of the institution’s facilities and equipment to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
    • Patient Experience: Collaborate with medical staff to continuously improve patient care, ensure patient satisfaction, and address complaints or concerns effectively.
    • Public Relations: Serve as the liaison between the institution and the regulatory bodies, service partners and other stakeholders to maintain a positive image.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control programs to maintain high standards in healthcare delivery and patient safety.
    • Technology Integration: Promote the use of technology to improve institution’s services.

    Other Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory
    • At least 7 years of experience in healthcare management, hospital administration
    • In-depth understanding of hospital operations, healthcare laws and regulations in Kenya, budgeting, and healthcare technology.
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage finances and work within a budget.
    • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
    • Empathy and dedication to patient care.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Strong attention to detail.
