The Role

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels including cold calls, emails, networking events, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with both potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Present and promote tour packages and travel services to potential clients, tailoring offerings to meet customer needs and preferences
• Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional travel services such as premium packages, special tours, or extra services.
• Assist in the development and execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Develop marketing content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and the company website.
• Ensure the content aligns with the company's brand image.
• Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Help in maintaining the company's brand image and ensuring all marketing materials are consistent with the company's values and messaging.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner, ensuring a positive outcome for both the client and the company
• Work closely with the tour operation team, product managers, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients

Qualifiications

• A degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the travel or tourism industry
• Strong client data base.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical problems and perform effective troubleshooting to repair or replace damaged units and components.
• Inspect electrical equipment and circuits regularly to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, or old wiring requiring replacement.
• Execute wiring plans for lighting, internet connectivity, distribution boards, switches, LV panels, and alarm systems according to technical standards.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines to maintain operational efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
• Communicate breakdown occurrences and resource/material requirements to the supervisor during shifts.
• Safely operate, use, and maintain assigned tools and equipment while adhering to safety regulations. ·

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation (Preferred), Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an industrial or process plant environment (experience in a food processing plant or similar setting is an added advantage).
• Willingness to work shifts and respond to breakdowns when called upon.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to deliver high-quality finishes.
• Flexible, reliable, and available to work on a reliever basis as needed.
• Hospitality or commercial property maintenance experience is an added advantage.
