    Waiter/Waitress

    Key Responsibilities

    • Menu Mastery & Sales: Know the menu inside- out to confidently recommend, pair and upsell.
    • Flawless Service: Take accurate orders, communicate updates and deliver prompt, seamless dining experiences.
    • Exceptional Guest Care: Act as the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests are happy from the time they are seated to when they pay. • Spotless Standards: Maintain perfectly set tables, polished cutlery and impeccable personal grooming & hygiene.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality • Fresh hospitality graduates are highly encouraged to apply. • Added Advantage: 1 year of fast-paced serving experience.
    • Eager to learn and ready to put in the work.

    Commis Chef

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prep Hero: Station stocking, chopping, butchering and sauce prep.
    • Service Sync: Cooking in coordination for simultaneous, high-quality output.
    • Safety Guardian: Daily HACCP compliance and strict sanitation control.
    • Kitchen Discipline: Inventory management, station cleanup and professional teamwork.

    Requirements

    • Fresh culinary graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
    • Added Advantage: 1 year of fine- dining chef experience.
    • Culinary school degree/diploma.
    • Eager to learn and ready to put in the work.
    • Strong foundational culinary skills.
    • Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
    • Expert multitasking ability.
    • Exemplary work ethic in a high- pressure environment.
    • Passion and pride for delighting people with food.
