Our Client, a leader in the Hotel Industry, is looking for a Pastry Chef to provide accountability over the success of the daily pastry operations. They must exhibit creative baking and decorating talents while also leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent pastries for all areas. They will also be responsible for guiding and developing staff and ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved.
Employment will be on the basis of a 2 year contract.
