A well established and vibrant housing cooperative based in Thika wants to recruit a General Manager.

Our core business is buying and selling of plots.

The duties include the following
- Will be reporting to the management committee
- Will be responsible for reviewing and formulating policy procedures for the cooperative
- Maintaining proper book of accounts, records and registers
- Will be directing and supervising the administration of land purchases , marketing and sale of plots
- Preparing and reporting of timely and accurate financial reports
- Preparation of the cooperative business plans and budgets
- Giving prudent financial advice to the cooperative
Qualifications
- Bcom marketing option
- CPAK/ACCA
- Computer literacy in accounting packages
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Practical knowledge in real estate business will be an added advantage.
- Strong Personality.
Salary: 30,000-40,000
