    General Manager - Housing Cooperative

    A well established and vibrant housing cooperative based in Thika wants to recruit a General Manager.
    Our core business is buying and selling of plots.
     
    The duties include the following 
    • Will be reporting to the management committee
    • Will be responsible for reviewing and formulating policy procedures for the cooperative
    • Maintaining proper book of accounts, records and registers
    • Will be directing and supervising the administration of land purchases , marketing and sale of plots
    • Preparing and reporting of timely and accurate financial reports
    • Preparation of the cooperative business plans and budgets
    • Giving prudent financial advice to the cooperative 
    Qualifications 
    • Bcom marketing option
    • CPAK/ACCA
    • Computer literacy in accounting packages
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
    • Practical knowledge in real estate business will be an added advantage.
    • Strong Personality. 

    Salary: 30,000-40,000
