    Tutorial Fellows - Real Estate Management

    Qualifications:

    • Masters in any of the following areas of specialization from a recognized university.
      ü Real Estate Management
      ü Property Management
      ü Quantity Surveying
      ü Construction Management
      ü Building Technology
      ü Building Economics
      ü Land Economics
      ü Valuation
    • Applicants must be prepared to pursue Ph.D in their areas of specialization
    • PhD Registration and university teaching experience will be an added advantage.
    • Current registration by relevant professional statutory bodies and membership in a professional association will be an added advantage.

    Qualifications:

    • PhD. Degree from a recognized University with teaching experience in any of the following areas of specialization:
      ü Spatial Planning & Management
      ü Urban & Regional Planning
      ü Town Planning
      ü Urban Planning & Design
      ü Land Use Planning & Management
      ü Urban Management
      ü Infrastructure / Utilities Planning & Management
    • At least Twelve (12) years of University teaching, Seven (7) of which as full-time Associated Professor.
    • Successfully supervised at least Four (4) Masters Students and Two (2) PhD. students, since being appointed Associate Professor.
    • At least four (4) articles in refereed journals since being appointed as Associate Professor.
    • Evidence of successfully applying for a grant either individually or as a group since being appointed as Associate Professor.
    • Evidence of active participation in departmental activities and good quality teaching.
    • Evidence of attendance and contribution at learning conferences, seminars and workshops.
    • Current registration by relevant professional statutory bodies and membership in a professional association will be an added advantage.

    Associate Professors - Urban & Regional Planning

    Qualifications:

    • PhD. Degree from a recognized University with teaching experience in any of the following areas of specialization:
