Quality Safety Auditors Job Responsibilities
Preparation of training materials for different departments aimed at perfection in quality standards.
Initiating internal communication regarding the progress of otherwise of such quality standards across departments.
Assisting t in assessing the strengths and weaknesses which have a role to perfect quality standards in various departments.
Maintenance of files and documents pertaining to such quality audits.
Gathering information and constantly updating knowledge on the various changes that are happening in the field of quality audit.
Work closely with the various audited departments to ensure that any shortcomings or are removed within a particular time frame.
Requirements for the Quality Safety Auditors Job
Diploma or graduate holder in Natural resources / Safety trainning
Must have experience of writing audit reports / follow up
Must have worked in an Industry that carries out Audits e.g from SGS, KEBS,BVQI etc
Must have process and compliance auditing experience
Must have Quality management experience
Any additional certificate trainning e.g. in Fire Safety, First Aid etc shall be an added advantage.
Responsibilities for the Web Master Job
Maintains functionality, appearance and accuracy of the companies public website using content management system. In partnership with CMO team, keeps the product/service specifications and additional information up-to-date for public website
Maintains and implements changes and updates to product descriptions, images, and specifications reflecting most current messaging
Maintains content integrity on websites, conducting random audits of live site content
Manages marketing automation tool: reporting, analytics, integration with Microsoft CRM and public site o In partnership with CMO team, uses marketing automation tool to create campaign tools such as landing pages, email campaign templates, sales and customer support tools, mobile, display banners and online advertisements o Identifies appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports key metrics from campaigns
Creates and provides reporting on overall Marketing department metrics as related to company strategic objectives and Sales performance
Optimizes website exposure by analyzing search engine patterns to direct online placement of keywords or other content. Recommends and implements continuous improvement, responsiveness and search engine optimization (SEO)
Collects and analyzes Web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, transaction volume and revenue, traffic mix, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, or cost per click.
Manages tracking and reporting of search-related activities and provide analyses to marketing executives.
Assists in creation and delivery of internal electronic communications such as newsletters and webinars as needed
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Web Master Job Qualifications
-5 years’ relevant experience in a detail-oriented role preferably within the Software industry or in a Marketing function.
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
Possess a portfolio of past websites built and responsibilities of each project
Expertise with Magento, Joomla, other content management systems
Advanced skills navigating Photoshop and saving images for the web
Strong knowledge of and experience with web marketing best practices, e.g. SEO and SEM
Understanding of the concepts of progressive enhancement, mobile first and futurefriendly design a plus.
Hard-working, motivated, deadline-driven individual
Understanding and use of web metrics and how to gauge performance
Comfortable working in a corporate office environment
