Magazine Distribution Executive Job Responsibilities
Supervise magazine distribution from the depot to all retail & school outlets
Ensure availability of magazine in every stall by retail outlet/school visiting
Supervise the Circulation of the Magazine on daily basis
Liaise with printers, trucking companies, contracted distributors in magazine circulation
Develop strategies to ensure growth of circulation and subscription database
Prepare weekly reports and present findings and concerns to Senior Management
Prepare any and all reports for magazine audit company
Provide marketing and promotion ideas aimed at increasing magazine sales & subscriptions

Building Supervisor Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overall supervision of building premises: examine building on a daily basis for needed repairs, maintenance and cleanliness and perform ad hoc maintenance required
Perform emergency repairs as necessary, remain available to fire and police department on a 24 hour call basis in case of emergency
Conduct on going regular preventative maintenance, upkeep and repair program including painting and general repairs to façade, plumbing, windows, electrical and mechanical installation
Oversee and supervise daily maintenance staff to ensure building is in clean and functional condition
Assume responsibility for the general security and fire safety of the buildings: understand and maintain all aspects of the building safety systems, including fire alarms, emergency lighting and escape routes. Ensure they are all maintaining to a high standard and where necessary recommend improvement of existing facilities.
Responsible for producing thorough documentation, such as recording details of maintenance and health and safety checks in an efficient and organized manner
Understand and maintain all aspects of the buildings security systems, including alarm, CCTV, metal detectors, locks and all aspects of the building. Maintain all equipment to a high standard and keep accurate records on file
Produce daily and weekly reports on a timely basis on maintenance on security issues to be communicated and escalated to the property managers

Qualifications of the Building Supervisor Job
Background in maintenance is a must (plumbing, electrical, etc)
Preferred prior work experience in commercial buildings

Should be able to do reports on maintenance and tenancy issues.
Demonstrate managerial experience and abilities, as well as knowledge of purchasing, supplies, grounds keeping and equipment repair

Serves as a main point of contact for any security/safety issues

Maintains accurate record of security personnel reporting times (including field officers and area manager visits)
Completes weekly and monthly reports for management by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, including any change of security personnel
Maintains an updated and accurate matrix of guards on duty including reporting times, contact details, posting location, rotations, historical record of incidents
Investigates, reports and tracks all safety, security and risk management related issues

Qualifications of the Security Manager Job
Diploma/ Degree in Business/Security related studies. Preference is for an ex-police or army officer.
Minimum 5 years working experience in managing security in a busy institution.
Demonstrated leadership in development and implementation of a security management plan.
Demonstrated capacity to analyse complex situations, solve problems and manage change.
Able to create security processes, policies and procedures
Conversant with the use of high-tech security systems. Know-how in CCTV control rooms.

Property Manager Job Responsibilities
Daily Management, supervision and communication with building supervisors, maintenance and security teams to ensure premises are always operating insatiable and safe conditions
Enforce terms of rental agreements and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Schedule property viewings and organize marketing efforts in order to maximize occupancy of premises under management
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors and partners and provide regular recommendations and advice to management to optimize operations
Responsible for timely rent collection and proper reporting to ensure arrears and bad debts are minimized
Liaise and communicate regularly with finance department
Interact and communicate regularly with tenants to resolve any queries in a timely and satisfactory manner
Assist in drafting and implementing procedures, processes and controls in conjunction with staff under supervision and other departments

Qualifications for the Property Manager Job
Degree in Business Management/Land Economics or any other relevant field
5-10 years of experience in Property Management
Must have managed at least 6-7 properties
Financial knowledge is desired
Excellent IT skills in reporting and analysis
Project Management experience will be an added advantage
Proven Managerial and Leadership skills
