Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical / Computer / Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent

- HP BAC usage training, CCIE, CCNP, CCNA
- MCSE: Data Platform, Data Management & Analytics, Sharepoint, Enterpre Devices and Apps,
Business Intelligence, Messaging, Communication, Productivity, Server Infrastructure, Cloud
Platform and Infrastructure, Private Cloud, Mobility.
- Oracle Enterprise Management Certifications, Oracle Database Certifications, Oracle Identity Management Certifications, Oracle Virtualization Certifications, Oracle Cloud Application Certifications, Oracle Business Intelligence Certifications, Oracle Applications Certifications
- Red Hat Certified Admin certifications
- IP contact center support(IPCC) training.
- Unix/Linux training
- Cloud Services support training
- Competence on usage and support of Vmware Vcenter
- Competence on usage and support of NPM Solarwinds
- MS Exchange server support training & Certification
- Oracle/MySQl/MSSQL training
- Web Administration training & Certification
- Support training for ERP IDM, POS and integration solutions
- Competence on usage and support of CRM, Siebel, TIBCO, Splank, Google Web Analytics, Piwik software/tools

- Training in RADIUS, AAA, TCP/IP, DHCP, SNMP, DNS Services, Mail Services, LDAP, Allot SGW.
- Training & certification on Wireless Platforms 2G/3G/4G
- MS SQL Server
- Wimax, RF systems,FTTx,Fibre certifications
- VMware Training
- Clustering technologies training
- Software configuration management products training such as Subversion or CVS
- VAS Charging & Billing training
- Routing and Switching Expert training(CCIE)
- The ideal candidate will also have at least 3 years’ experience in Transmission Support based on the above requirements.

Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in Performance Management of Nokia and Huawei equipment.
