    Office Administrator

    You will know you are doing a good job when:

    • The office is in good state as cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
    • An efficient filing system is in place through document control and maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, and updating
    • Perform human resource duties as may be required such as keep an up to date record of all staff matters and personnel files including annual leave and sickness records.
    • You know where company licenses and insurance policies are and are the custodian of office security and assets.
    • All company courier services are harmnized
    • There is an adequate inventory of office stationery supplies, kitchen supplies and company asset register
    • The sales and technical team can depend on your support for end to end project implementation
    • You know which clients to target through online research and internet marketing
    • You provide data and help sales team through lead qualification
    • You are in control of calendar management and meeting arrangement
    • Petty cash is spent within limits, all invoicing done on time and customers happy with your services in regards to their payment processing.

    To be successful in this role, you need the below competencies:

    • Strong organization and administrative skills, attention to detail is essential
    • Ability to handle pressure
    • Strong Customer Service Orientation
    • Good planning and organizing skills
    • Can think on their feet

    Brand Ambassadors

    As a Brand Ambassador, your regular tasks would involve providing information about the brand, product or service, generating sales opportunities and working to build customer preference for the brand. Basically, you own the Product and represent the Brand.

    Responsibilities for the Brand Ambassadors Job

    • Promoting brand names, products and services.
    • Representing the company in a positive way.
    • Building line sales volumes.

    Assistant Recruiter / HR Intern

    The role of the Assistant Recruiter is to take as much work away from the Lead Recruiter as possible so that he/she has more time to recruit and bring in business. In order to do this, the Assistant Recruiter manages the candidates/business, which means handling all aspects from sending emails, formatting resumes to preparing a candidate for an interview.

    We are looking for a specialist with the proven ability to assist with high volume tasks with little supervision. This position is highly administrative; requires attention to detail and organizational skills.

    You will be working in a team-oriented environment alongside the Lead Recruiter. You may be in communication with a number of candidates through email and phone to set up interviews, provide updates, etc. The Assistant Recruiter performs various duties and must be flexible as this position has the potential to grow.

    Duties for the HR Intern

    • Take leads and information generated by the Lead Recruiter and manage them through the entire placement process
    • Prepare/provide information to candidates throughout the interview process
    • Relationship building with our candidate and client base
    • Manage process, resume flow, candidate scheduling, background checks, interview preparation and troubleshooting
    • Gather contact information, enter data into database and maintain database information on candidates, companies and job openings
    • Utilize database for networking with clients and candidates for current openings via email and phone
    • While there is no “cold calling” involved in the role, the successful candidate must be adept at picking up the phone and initiating calls to prospective clients and candidates.

    HR Intern Requirements

    • Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
    • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; while there is no direct cold calling in the role, it is imperative that the successful candidate can communicate effectively with candidates, C-Level Executives, Human Resources, hiring managers, etc.
    • Ability to learn quickly and follow processes and procedures
    • Tech savvy with a flair for Social Media management
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • Diploma in Human Resources or Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business course or currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree
    • Prior work experience in an office environment and recruiting experience is preferred but not required
