    Sales Executive

    Sales Executive Job Responsibilities

    • Take time to fully understand product/service
    • Understand market segment in detail
    • Plan sales activities
    • Meet prospective clients and convince them to buy products
    • Explain product benefits to clients/customers
    • Send out emails to clients and correspond with client
    • Close sales processes
    • Meet set Sales targets
    • Prepare proposals
    • Prepare and conduct pitches to clients
    • Build a client pipeline
    • Plan client meetings and attend them
    • Offer excellent customer service
    • Advise the other teams on important trends and client feedback
    • Report on sales activities and results
    • Liaise between office and client
    • Carry out product and market research
    • Involved in some Marketing activities
    • Responsible for collections
    • Act as brand ambassador

    Qualifications for the Sales Executive Job

    • Must have excellent selling skills and a good sales record
    • Should have good interpersonal skills
    • Should be able to work well within a team
    • Must demonstrate strong communication skills
    • Must be confident
    • Should be flexible in terms of time
    • Relevant Diploma or Degree
