    Regional Marketing and Communication Manager

    DUTIES OF A REGIONAL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER INCLUDE:

    1. Lead the creation of brand awareness campaigns using key metrics to track success and manage outside agencies.
    2. Create and support development of content creation across on and off line channels: video, withe paper, newsletter, website updating, case studies, shooting, Award.
    3. Lead all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, digital partnerships, retargeting and marketing automation.
    4. Develop proposals and detailed outlines for special events, and coordinate all event logistics to ensure outstanding promotion execution.
    5. Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organisation.
    6. Develop relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
    7. Write press releases for national media and monitor press stories relating to the company and its brand.
    8. Prepare and monitor marketing, communication and event costs, and ensures budgetary compliance.

    CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

    1. Must be an excellent communicator and presenter.
    2. Must be persuasive and diplomatic.
    3. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential.
    4. Have good business awareness.
    5. Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
    6. Superior project management and time management skills.
    7. A wide degree of creativity.
    8. Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
    9. Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude i.e. be able to respond well to pressure.
    10. Photoshop skills are an added advantage.
    11. Be organised and methodical

    EXPERIENCE:

    1. Bachelors or master's degree in marketing, communication, business or a related field.
    2. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    3. Digital experience.
    4. Previous experience as a Marketing Manager for a similar organisation is an added advantage.

    CRM Project Manager

    DUTIES OF A PROJECT CRM MANAGER INCLUDE:

    1. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business users and stakeholders.
    2. Audit of current CRM processes and tool.
    3. Define CRM key functionalities that would help to achieve top company goals.
    4. Implement CRM architecture that works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information.
    5. Oversee the production & execution of reports.
    6. Be responsible for the productivity and actions of a Data Analyst in charge of data management, reporting and CRM updates.
    7. Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
    8. Coordinate the development of training materials.
    9. Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM and monitor/maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.

    CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

    • Strategic thinker and good analytical mind.
    • Hands on project management, must be able to execute the entire project lifecycle from concept to deployment.
    • Ability to oversee the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
    • Excellent database /CRM knowledge and expertise in reading/understanding data.
    • Ability to analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or equivalent.
    2. At least 3+ years’ experience in a project management and business analysis capacity.
    3. Experience with Contact Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and proprietary CRM solutions.
    4. Proven experience in implementing a CRM system is an added advantage.

    CRM Analyst

    DUTIES OF A CRM ANALYST INCLUDE:

    1. Implement and manage a database of prospect and customer contacts and communications, transfer data, making sure data is ‘clean’ and up to date.
    2. Complete and qualify information coming from the sales team.
    3. Administrate the CRM system on a daily basis.
    4. Produce reports to the relevant people.
    5. Manage and implement e-mail campaign calendar.

    CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

    • Knowledge of database software particularly CRM or Business Intelligent Systems I.e. Understanding of CRM data model - key tables and structures.
    • A team player with good planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload.
    • Strong analytical skills.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer related studies, Marketing, Management, or other related fields.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience configuration and implementation of CRM solutions.
    • Experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Relations or Market Research.

    Brokerage Agent (Business Intelligence)

    DUTIES OF A PROJECT BROKERAGE AGENT INCLUDE:

    1. Maintain a strong network of letting agents.
    2. Collect information (lease duration, new visitors) and consolidate them (Business Intelligence).
    3. Identify all the commercial buildings under construction in Nairobi and their respective stakeholders (owners, letting agents).
    4. Interact on a daily basis with caretakers / letting Agent.
    5. Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
    6. Mediate negotiations between the buyer and seller.
    7. Ensure all terms of leasing contracts are met.
    8. The job is 50% on the field – 50% office basis.

    CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

    1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals on the field.
    2. Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
    3. Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.
    4. Trustworthy and results-driven.
    5. Strong network of letting agents.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
    • 1-3 years of real estate sales agent experience.
    • Proven work experience in a top tier recognised real estate firm is an added advantage.

    Key Account Manager

    DUTIES OF A PROJECT KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER INCLUDE:

    1. Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on- boarding of new clients.
    2. Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
    3. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
    4. Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits.
    5. Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
    6. Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
    7. Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
    8. Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
