    Primary School Teacher

    Primary School Teacher Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning

    • Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback

    Requirements for the Primary School Teacher Job

    • 5+ Years proven experience as a teacher in an international school
    • At least 2 years’ experience as a multi- disciplinary instructor for junior classes
    • Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures
    • Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
    • Well-organized and committed
    • Excellent communication skills in English.

    General Manager

    Job Description

    The General Manager will handle all aspects of the operations of the business including distribution of products, research and development, accounting, marketing, sales, human resource recruiting, quality control, payment collection and credit approval.

    The General Manager will report to the Board of Directors and will operate to annual plans developed with and approved by the Board of Directors.

    Requirements for the General Manager Job

    • Previous experience scaling up a business across East Africa
    • Previous experience with rural sales and distribution
    • Previous experience with providing credit to customers through banking, MFI, SACCO etc
    • 5 years previous experience managing a team of 50 or more
    • University graduate, preferably with MBA
    • Extensive personal network in Nairobi and rural Kenya
    • Previous experience reporting to board of directors
    • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills

    General Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Overseeing daily operations through direct reports: operations manager, sales manager, credit manager, office manager, accountant
    • Implementing growth strategy as developed early 2017, steer / adapt where needed, propose new or improved work processes and/or business models for scale up
    • Recruitment of new staff – primarily direct reports, approving sales reps and technicians/interns for Sales Mgr and Ops Mgr
    • Management of cash flow and monthly budget

    Motor Bike Riders

    Motor Bike Riders Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver Brand products to the client destination
    • Check to see if the package is damaged
    • Follow the Road Traffic Signs and Street Signs to get to destination. Abide by all the health & safety policies in place and use of the protective clothing provided by the company at all times
    • Inspect the Motorbike by adding fluids/oil/gas as needed. Check tires, brakes, lights, and report to the Unit
    • Management for scheduled maintenance
    • Collect payments upon product delivery to the customer & present payments change and receipt matching the product delivery/value
    • Ensure address on the delivery package matches up to customer delivery address
    • Read and interpret delivery maps/directions, prior to exiting to deliver a product to the customer to avoid unnecessary delays & customer complaints
    • Ensured the delivery product is secured properly & compliant with health & safety requirements
    • Perform a pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection of motor bike
    • Report any incidents to dispatcher and the unit manager for quick solution
    • Keep the motor bike and associated equipment tidy and in good working order
    • In the event of an occupational accident, report the matter to the Unit Manager, and the nearby law enforcement office – Police station to obtain formal documentation
    • Provide all payments receipts to the Unit Manager of the HR Manager in the event of an occupational accident.
    • Participate in the process of acquiring all the occupational accident formal documentations for the purpose of the work injury reporting and claim compensation via the relevant offices.

    Qualifications for the Motor Bike Riders Job

    • KCSE minimum Grade C-
    • Valid Driving License (motorbike stamp)
    • 2 years’ work experience within an urban environment (ridding motorbike)
    • Subject to an – Aptitude Test (Math’s & English)
    • Subject to undergo AA of Kenya Competency Evaluation Test
