    Analyst/Group Accountant


    The Ideal candidate should have 5 Years’ experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monthly consolidation of the Group portfolio.
    • Monthly reporting and analysis for Senior Management and Board.
    • Valuation of investments.
    • Returns analysis & project tracking.
    • Shareholder reporting.
    • Budgeting & forecasting.
    • Key Performance Indicator reporting.
    • Bank & Cash flow reporting.
    • Development of group Financial Planning & Analysis processes.
    • Appraisal of new projects and investments.


    • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent
    • CPA(K)
    • Minimum Five years’ work experience
    • Highly computer literate – touch typing, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint and Accounting Software packages.
    • Self-confident and conscientious.
    • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise.
    • Good organisation skills.
    • Integrity.

    Accounts Assistant


    The ideal candidate must have experience in Tally.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Post financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system
    • Enter, update, and/or retrieve accounting data from automated systems.
    • Prepare and submit customer invoices
    • Payroll preparation and statutory remittance
    • Submit relevant withholding and VAT payments to Kenya Revenue Authority
    • Code, post and receive payments
    • Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations
    • Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payments
    • Assist in month end reporting procedures
    • Design, prepare, and maintain accounting and finance spreadsheets.
    • Clients accounts reconciliations for payments received and disbursed for vehicles.
    • Create sales agreements and proforma invoices and assist the sales team in seeing through sales
    • Prepare all financial accounts ready for Auditors.
    • Review new procedures, manuals, and system enhancements.
    • Other tasks as assigned


    • Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in Accounting or Finance
    • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent
    • CPA (K)
    • Proficiency in Tally
    • Ability and drive to work independently, solution oriented
    • Ability to determine work priorities, make decisions and take appropriate actions
    • Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area
    • Ability to communicate effectively

    Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst


    The successful candidate must have experience working with Oracle Data Warehouse (v10 upwards, ODB, ODI and OBIEE) and ERP (NetSuite ERP, Tribe HR and eHorizon payroll.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review, and describe in detail, the status of the ERP and DWH implementation.
    • Determine the quality of internal IT in terms of uptime and reliability to support the ERP/DWH.
    • Lead the rapid completion of the projects and the systems’ utilization in operations.
    • Develop a comprehensive project and post-project plan
    • Define the Enterprise Systems Team’s short, medium and long term goals
    • Develop and oversee a roadmap for improving Systems’ impact-to-business
    • Champion the adoption and usage of Enterprise Systems across the business to derive Maximum value.
    • Oversee the implementation and management of all Enterprise Systems across the Group.
    • Assess all current Company Enterprise Systems and determine their impact to business
    • Identify business processes that can be improved through automation and drive solutions
    • Ensure best practice standards are applied during and after Enterprise System implementations
    • Provide training and support for end-users around Enterprise Systems features and functions.
    • Manage Enterprise System vendors and other third party providers.


    • Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields of study.
    • Excellent understanding of ERP (NetSuite, TribeHR and eHorizon payroll) DWH.
    • Hands-on experience in Oracle Data Warehouse implementation/development (v10 upwards, ODB, ODI)
    • Must have worked as an Enterprise System Analyst previously.
    • Must have done some common programs i.e. SQL,Oracle, Sequel; Visual Basic, C++ and Java, Unified Modelling Language (UML),SAP business software applications, Web-based technologies
    • Implementation experience in companies with large transactional volumes
    • Good experience on scaling systems & system optimisation.
    • Leadership experience during projects or post-projects.
    • Confident, presentable, comfortable interacting with C-level Executives.
    • Database Administration experience is an added advantage.
    • ERP implementation is an added advantage.
    • Business intelligence experience is an added advantage.

    .Net Software Developer

    • Development and maintenance of existing products
    • Providing best practices and guidance on new projects and products
    • Working with stakeholders in the UK to determine requirements and tasks
    • Sharing ideas throughout all development teams
    • Ensuring coding standards are maintained and adhered to


    • Must have experience with Microsoft Office or SharePoint Add-In development
    • Must have experience with iPad, android or Windows Mobile development
    • Must have exposure to Microsoft Azure
    • Relevant IT qualification
    • Development experience at all stages of the development cycle from design to testing and release
    • Proven ability to use own initiative in software design
    • Experience of working remotely with minimal supervision
    • Demonstrable problem solving skills
    • Strong organization skills, ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
    • Fluent, verbal and written, English.
