    Head of Insurance

    Roles for the Head of Insurance Job

    • Direct Company operations to create manage and meet the Company’s budget and other financial goals so at to preserve the capital funds invested in the organization.
    • Direct short -term and long- term planning and budget development in line with the Company’s overall objectives and strategic business goals.
    • Ensure that all the Companies operations are compliant with the Law, the Insurance Regulatory Authority and all other organizations governing insurance business operations.
    • Conduct regular and systematic appraisals and evaluations of the Company’s operations and keep the Directors updated on the same.
    • Sourcing, managing and maintaining key relationships with external service providers.
    • Develop and implement procedures and controls that will promote adequate communication and information flow which will solidify management control and direction of the organization.
    • Establish the performance goals, allocate resources and assess policies for senior management
    • Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for Company products and services
    • Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans
    • Provide support in contributing to the overall attainment of the Company’s goals and objectives.
    • Develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives.

    Head of Insurance Job Requirements

    • Degree in any business related field, e.g. Insurance, Marketing, Commerce, and Economics ACII, IIK Diploma or COP
    • 7 years’ experience in the Insurance/ Banc assurance industry with at least 3 years in similar role/ management role

    Assistant National Sales Manager

    Assistant National Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

    • In charge of field staff
    • Assisting with onboarding additional sales channels, from Sacco’s, to CSR departments of large companies.
    • Assist in field data collection on markets and saturations
    • Work closely with the Call Center Manager, the Logistics/Service Center Manager, and the National Sale
    • Manager to achieve company goals
    • Demonstrate best leadership skills
    • Regularly meeting the National Sales Manager, Managing Director and 3rd Party Consultants.

    Qualifications for the Assistant National Sales Manager Job

    • Degree in Business related field
    • At least 5 years channel sales experience in rural market operations/microfinance/ saccos & chamas
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, outlook and PowerPoint
    • Commitment to renewable energy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
