    Communications Officer

    The successful candidate will work closely with the managing partner, the recruitment and career advisory teams in actualizing the company’s communication and branding plans

    Key Responsibilities

    • Write and publish a variety of content mainly on digital platforms to reach our target audience.
    • Ensure that our content/messaging is well written, and clearly communicates our work targeted at both candidates and employers
    • Events Management – in consultation with management, conceptualize and manage events targeted at professionals and employers.
    • Media Liaison – Ensure that we receive positive and consistent coverage
    • Support the design of messaging strategies for talking points, media interviews, presentations and speeches, etc.
    • Maintain an updated database of key stakeholders including professional bodies, IHRM, Universities.
    • Design and manage the company’s diary of events including new product launches, clients’ seminars/dinners, media conferences.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys/feedback

    What We Require From You

    • Graduate in Marketing/ Social Sciences or related field of study
    • At least 2-3 years’ experience in communication/marketing roles preferably in the service industry
    • Excellent organizational skills, particularly in managing time and tasks
    • A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver high quality, accurate work with limited supervision
    • Outgoing personality with the confidence to engage and network with different stakeholders including decision makers from various sectors, other professional bodies, the media and a diverse range of external contacts
    • Articulate, creative with superb communication skills both written and spoken
    • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, paying attention to detail.

    Spare -parts Sales Supervisor

    Our client is an auto parts shop located in Nairobi. They seek to hire a sales supervisor who will be tasked with supervising the sales team and increasing the sale volumes.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Ensure that walk in clients are attend to including phone and email enquiries.
    • Assist and provide customers with technical advice
    • Record and execute client’s orders and ensure proper documentation of orders and invoices
    • Supervise the sales team, spares shop and monitor supplies
    • Develop sales strategies for the company’s products and use social network tools to expand the company’s client base and increase product awareness
    • Place orders from suppliers and attend to client’s orders and deliveries
    • Close sales deals under minimum supervision
    • Raise invoices, issue receipts and follow up on payments
    • Ensure the sales team attains the set targets.

    Qualifications

    • A Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing or relevant field of study
    • Work experience in motor spares stores, vehicle servicing or customer service
    • Good knowledge of car spares parts
    • Knowledge of  motor vehicles functions
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Good administration and computer skills
    • Should be confident, well spoken, and presentable.

    Betting Systems Testing Engineer

    Our client is a well-established betting company in Nairobi. They seek to hire a Systems Testing Engineer who will be responsible for testing, tracking and maintaining the betting systems.

    Industry: Online Sports Betting
    Reports to: Product Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for gaming products (APP, WAP) black box, performance, compatibility.
    • In charge of other functional testing and risk assessment as well as integrated business, control and security release quality
    • Responsible for tracking and maintenance of defects, analyze BUG found in the test to assist the developers to locate and solve the problem;
    • Edit test plan, test case, build test environment, perform test task;
    • Provide unique ideas and advice the team on different betting games.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in IT Engineering or related fields.
    • 2 years of experiencing in online sport betting business is preferred
    • Must be conversant with online betting
    • Must be familiar with the test process, possess the ability to independently design and implement the test cases
    • Must have good communication skills and ability to solve problems. Can take the initiative to understand the test process encountered in the causes of the bug, and continue to follow up to solve the bug;
    • Must have the ability to learn concepts fast ability and possess a strong sense of responsibility and execution;
    • Excellent understanding of IT, technical support and its business implications;
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Operated in a SaaS environment;
    • A passion for sport and betting.
    • Ability to work well under deadline pressure
