    Blow Molder Operator

    Job Responsibilities

    • Sets up and operate blow molding machine to mold plastic products according to specifications
    • Turns valves to start flow of water and release air pressure to machine.
    • Move machine controls to set timing unit and temperature of heating unit and start automatic feed mechanism.
    • Adjusts machine mandrel and aligns mandrel with mold chamber, using wrenches.
    • Start molding machine that automatically feeds material from mixing unit to mandrel and to mold chamber.
    • Close chamber to mold product under heat and pressure.
    • Remove work piece from mold after timing device opens mold, and trims excess material from work piece, using knife or band saw.
    • Regrind excess material and unsatisfactory work piece for reuse, using grinding machine.
    • May weigh completed work piece to determine accuracy of machine operation.

    Qualifications 

    • Postgraduate Diploma
    • 3 years’ experience in a FMCG setup (3 years’ experience operating blow mold machine)
    • Ability to work in production environments with constantly moving mechanical parts
    • Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures and seasonal changes
    • Must have worked in a dairy industry.

    Milk Processing Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities

    • Supervise operations such as pasteurizing, standardization, separating, evaporating, drying, cooling and storing of the milk products.
    • Examines samples of milk, order changes in temperature and adding of accurate amounts of ingredients in order to obtain specified texture and viscosity.
    • Monitoring the steps of the milk process.
    • Ensure effective management of all aspects of the milk processes.
    • Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to.
    • Ensuring high quality services.
    • Maintaining of the equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
    • Assisting subordinate employees in performing specific tasks.

    Qualifications

    Shrink Wrapper

    Job Responsibilities

    • Verify that the correct film is being used as directed by the Supervisor and schedule.
    • Ensure all product transfer belts at the wrapper area are running and clean prior to product arriving and wrapping area.
    • Inspect product packages to ensure product registration is within specifications; contact supervisor or maintenance staff is adjustments fail to correct registration.
    • Monitor and inspect product package quality out of cutting head, ensuring film alignment and registration is with in specification.
    • Monitor and remove scrap from wrapping machine.
    • Operate wrapping machine at a speed relative to the number of bars moving through the wrapper so bar film is not wasted; monitor and record film roll usage throughout the shift.
    • Assist Wrapper Feeders as necessary and relieve for breaks.
    • Keep area clean and free of congestion, managing product overflow.
    • Prevent any and all product from falling on the floor.

    Requirements 

    • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
    • Minimum 5 Years hands on experience in shrink wrapper
    • Experience in food, dairy, juice, bottling, FMCG it’s a must.

    Palletizer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Observes packages moving along conveyor, to identify packages and to detect defective packaging.
    • May keep record of production and equipment performance.
    • Controls automatic palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, and stack on pallets containers of finished products: Reads production and delivery schedules and stacking pattern to determine sorting and transfer procedures, arrangement of packages on pallet, and destination of loaded pallet.
    • Turns selector switch on palletizer to control stacking arrangement of packages on pallet and to transfer loaded pallet to storage or delivery platform.
    • Informs supervisor of equipment malfunction.
    • In addition, you may be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity which the Company may reasonably require.

     Requirements for the Palletizer Job

    • Diploma in mechanical or electrical.
    • At least 5 years hands on experience in palletizer (Bottle Line)
    • Experience in dairy/Beverage/Bottling/FMCG industry is an added advantage.

    Job Responsibilities

    • The Blending Operator will be responsible for weighing and blending raw ingredients to produce dairy products.
    • Use of different equipment like mixing equipment, filtration equipment, scales, handling equipment etc.

    • Monitors and controls plant operations.
    • Constantly reviews the operation of the plant to monitor production and quality,
      anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
