    Customer Service and Sales Intern

    Job Description

    • Processing new sales leads
    • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
    • Monitoring customer accounts
    • Cold calling customers and following up
    • Scheduling meetings between sale representatives and customers
    • Maintaining all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
    • Any other duties as instructed

    Minimal Requirements

    • Good customer care skills
    • Good written and verbal English
    • An ability to work independently and as a team
    • Good administrative skills
    • Quick to learn
    • At least one year experience in sales, customer service or aftersales service
    • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
