    Instrument Technician

    Job Description

    Our Client in Dairy industry is urgently looking for an Instrument Technician to join their dedicated team in Nairobi

    Responsibilities

    • Inspects tests, adjusts, and repairs electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to indicate, record, and control generating operations in conventional or nuclear power electric generating plant: Inspects meters, indicators, and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations.
    • Tests accuracy of flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, radiation counters or detectors, and other recording.
    • Traces out and tests electronic solid state and vacuum tube circuitry and components to locate defective parts in analog and digital, protection, or radiation monitoring systems, using test equipment, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
    • Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts.
    • Reassembles instruments and replaces instruments in system, using hand tools.
    • Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing.
    • Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function.
    • Records calibrations made, parts and components used, and inventory of parts on hand.

    Requirements

    • Must have diploma in Instrumentation & electronics from technical training institute
    • Minimum 5 Years hands on experience in Instrumentation maintenance and Trouble shooting.
    • Experience in dairy, food, beverage, FMCG is an added advantage.

    Supervisor Milk Processing

    Our client in a dairy industry based in Nakuru is looking to recruit a Supervisor Milk Processing so as to coordinate activities of workers engaged in milk processing.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise operations such as pasteurizing, standardization, separating, evaporating, drying, cooling and storing of the milk products.
    • Examines samples of milk, order changes in temperature and adding of accurate amounts of ingredients in order to obtain specified texture and viscosity.
    • Monitoring the steps of the milk process.

    Operator Palletizer/Robopack

    Job summary

    Our Client in a dairy industry is urgently seeking to recruit an Operator Palletizer/Robopack to join their dedicated team in Nakuru.

    Responsibilities

    • Observes packages moving along conveyor, to identify packages and to detect defective packaging.
    • May keep record of production and equipment performance.
    • Controls automatic palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, and stack on pallets containers of finished products: Reads production and delivery schedules and stacking pattern to determine sorting and transfer procedures, arrangement of packages on pallet, and destination of loaded pallet.
    • Turns selector switch on palletizer to control stacking arrangement of packages on pallet and to transfer loaded pallet to storage or delivery platform.
    • Informs supervisor of equipment malfunction.
    • In addition, you may be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity which the Company may reasonably require.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in mechanical or electrical.
    • At least 5years hands on experience in palletizer(Bottle Line)

    Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Raw /Packaging materials analyst with very good practical skills to join their dedicated team in Nakuru.

    Responsibilities

    • Sampling, chemical and physical testing of raw materials and packaging components
    • complying with GMP quality systems
    • documentation reviews
    • maintaining a clean and safe work environment
    • Inspection of incoming goods, packaging materials and raw materials to ensure they meet the required standards.
    • Process monitoring from raw materials to finished goods.
    • Chemical and Laboratory Analysis of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods.
    • Enforcement of GMP, GLP and GHP in accordance with HACCP.

    Job summary

    Our Client in a dairy industry is urgently seeking to recruit an Operator Processing to join their dedicated team in Nakuru.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitors and controls plant operations.
    • Constantly reviews the operation of the plant to monitor production and quality, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Participates in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
    • Maintains adequate records of key production variables such as production volume, yield, plant uptime, utility consumption, etc., on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis, as required.
