    Automotive BDE

    Our client is one of the leading motor vehicle dealer in Kenya with well-established regional franchise and distribution rights. They seek to hire a high energy, aggressive and result driven person in the role of Business Development Executive – Automotive

    The Executive will work to improve the organization’s market position and achieve desired financial growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced, proven team leader capable of defining organizational strategic goals, sets goals for the team, builds key customer relationships, driving B2B and B2C business channels, identifying new business opportunities as well as sustainably and profitably managing the existing portfolio.

    Responsibilities

    • The Business Development Executive will work closely with the rest of the team to develop sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
    • Take the overall leadership responsibility for the team
    • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
    • Cold marketing in order to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities
    • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
    • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization and using such contacts to fast-track relationships and sales with such organizations
    • Research and build relationships with new clients.

    • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system
    • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
    • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets

    Requirements

    • SC, Automotive Engineering or equivalent
    • A business degree with adequate sales experience in automotive industry will be considered.
    • 5 – 8 years of business development experience in a high turnover automotive company
    • Business oriented person with great networking, persuasion and prospecting skills
    • Good understanding of the automotive industry and the trends in Kenya and East Africa

    SAP Administrator

    Our client is one of the leading manufacturing firms in Kenya with heavy representation in their segment. They seek to hire an experienced SAP administrator who will take over all in-house SAP administration and other IT related roles.

    Responsibilities

    • Be the SAP B1 Administrator – be the custodian and administrator of SAP B1 system in day-to-day administrative tasks, including technical support, user administration, and basic system enhancements.  Implement system changes desired by different teams.
    • Raise queries and reports as desired by different teams.
    • Improve and synchronize SAP system integration environment that enables remote teams to constantly work through the new systems.  This will require both networking and SAP B1 Framework expertise.
    • Expand system functionalities and conduct any necessary future integrations.
    • Develop and improve workflows across the organization from end-to-end.  Working closely with departmental teams to improve the efficiency of the system and design system solutions to making the user’s job easier.
    • Business Processes Champion. Create and maintain up-to-date system manuals and process flows that reflect organizational best practice.  These documents will be the source for how users will use the system.
    • Spearhead company-wide user training.  Become an expert system user that is able to train users across the organization on proper use of SAP B1
    • Ensure that the SAP functionalities and capabilities are fully exploited by the teams in a way that enhances business efficiency and productivity.
    • Responsible for network support and administration, active Directory design & management, Email Infrastructure, LAN & WAN infrastructure, Server & PC environments and Enterprise storage systems.
    • Develops, coordinates, and maintains business continuity procedures; Analyzes network security needs and ensures adequate protection of Company’s Information assets.
    • Assists in developing standards, guidelines and statements of direction for corporate IT system architectures.
    • Supports users in application of office automation tools.

    Requirements

    • 5 years’ experience and strong competence working as an SAP B1 consultant/Administrator in a busy SAP environment
    • BSc Computer Science or equivalent
    • Necessary SAP qualifications and certifications a definite plus
    • Able to raise queries and generate reports
    • Confident with databases, SQL
    • Proven leadership and influence at all levels in an organization

    Dental Technologist

    Our client is one of the leading dental clinics in Kenya and seeks to hire qualified and experienced candidate in the role of Dental Technologist.

    Responsibilities

    • Replaces partial or total loss of natural teeth by constructing partial or full dentures (metal and non-metal).
    • Restores natural teeth by fabricating crowns and bridges.
    • Corrects dental irregularities by manufacturing fixed or removable appliances.
    • Completes implantology procedures by fabricating prostheses to fit implants the dentist places directly into the patient’s jawbone.
    • Constructs prostheses by following the dentist’s prescription; making models of the mouth and teeth from impressions of the patient’s mouth taken by the dentist; building-up wax replicas of part or all of the mouth and/or teeth on the model; encasing the wax in a mould material and melting away the wax; replacing the wax with plastic, metal, or ceramic materials to make the replacement appliance; polishing and finishing the appliance prior to its being placed in the patient’s mouth by the dentist.
    • Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
    • Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.

    Qualifications

    • 3 – 5 years’ experience in the same capacity
    • At least Diploma in Dental Technology

    Dispatch Clerk

    Our client is one of the leading FMCG manufacturers in Kenya. They seek to hire a smart, experienced Dispatch Clerk who shall take the lead in an extremely busy environment. This position requires a well-organized person and meticulous in execution and driving processes.

    Purpose of the Job

    To participate and be a key member in dispatch and delivery operations, with an aim to retaining superior customer service level in the most cost-effective way.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare daily dispatch plans and relevant reports.
    • Supervise and dispatch drivers and loaders.
    • Ensure that the fleet of delivery vehicle are loaded and dispatched as per dispatch plans.
    • Ensure products are in sound condition, safety and accuracy are maintained during loading.
    • Ensure that all delivery documentation is correct and acknowledged by receiving parties.
    • Ensure that all delivery documentation is promptly filed and submitted to Finance.
    • Work closely with the Dispatch supervisor in ensuring that all operations procedures are followed to the letter and any deviation reported.
    • Ensure that goods are secured against possible pilferage during working hours.
    • Perform any other duties as required by management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
    • At least 3 years’ experience in a busy environment
    • Membership to the relevant professional body.
    • Highly detailed and process oriented.
