Job Details

• Enforcement of relevant county environment laws and regulations
• Undertake policy research and analysis to support the integration of environment concern into development plans within the county.
• Prepare investigations and reports on environment concerns,and attend court when called upon as witness.
• Verification of EIA/EA reports and any other duties as may be assigned.
• Create enforcement notice details and the recording of necessary information on data base as required in compliance with County Policy and Procedures.
• Supervision of the sectional staffs

Qualifications

• Served in a grade comparable and relevant position in public service for a minimum period of two (2) years.
• A bachelor’s degree in any of the following discipline; Environmental science, Environmental studies, Social Sciences, or its equivalent qualifications from a recognize institution
• Knowledge of relevant professional’s standards affecting environment operations.
