    Sales Executives

    Responsibilities

    • To monitor daily sales to ensure weekly targets are met
    • Maintain good relationship with wholesalers, distributors and retailers
    • Ensure cash collection as per agreed terms with customers

    Qualifications

    Store Assistant

    Our Client, the leading supplier of medical, laboratory, and agricultural equipment is urgently seeking to hire a Store Assistant.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
    • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
    • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
    • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
    • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
    • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
    • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.

    Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in Analytical Chemistry
    • At least 2 years of experience serving in similar position
    • Strong inventory management skills
    • Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
    • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time

    Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct inspection of vehicle before departing for a delivery
    • Pack and load products into the vehicle according to the company specifications
    • Deliver orders to customer on time
    • Maintain ongoing communication with routers dispatcher
    • Unload goods as per client specification
    • Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
    • Obtain delivery confirmation from each customer

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of two-year experience
    • Ability to manage time
    • Work well independently
    • Valid BCE clean driving license
    • Familiar with major routes in Nairobi
    • Values integrity
    • Familiarity with GPS devices or map app

    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • In charge of petty cash, bank and stock reconciliation
    • Prepare Monthly stock movement and carry out periodic stock takes
    • Prepare monthly P& L and balance sheet
    • Manages cash flow in an efficient manner.
    • Ensures compliance with company’s expenditure policies
    • Dealing with statutory returns
    • Provide timely organization and distribution of all financial reports and other documents
    • Constantly looking to improve systems capability to meet work demand or seek improved systems in the market as upgrade or replacement options
    • Ensure that all data, information and reports belonging to company, are kept locked or in safe and secure locations at all times
    • Take part in communication meetings on a regular basis and approach team members in confidence if any problems arise
    • Take part in internal training courses and to implement what has been learnt indaily practice.
    • Be able to give correct information to relevant parties internally and externally regarding company products and services

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (Finance or Accounting Option) and CPA (4
    • At least 3 years of experience in accounting
    • Proficient in ERP, Sage, QuickBooks and Tally
    • Ability to work independently in a high growth entrepreneurial environment
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Attentive to detail
    •   Experience is Stock Management highly desirable.
    •  Strong analytical and decision-making skills
